When Tony left the Wolf Ranch Condominium property and Mr. Odir came aboard as the Maintenance Supervisor our maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner. If there was going to be a delay, Mr. Odir would let us know. He is very professional. We had water leaking from a faulty water heater, Mr. Odir had the company come out to replace the faulty water heater. When we leased the condo it was listed as an upgraded unit. Not hardly. We had many issues, electrical, rusted toilet tanks, and kitchen lighting. Mr. Odir addressed all of these problems. He is the Best Maintenance Man a Property can ever ask for. No one likes or wants to leave bad reviews.But if you need to see where you need to improve, bad reviews can show you were then it's up to you to change it. Some of the maintenance people come unannounced, and early at that. No respect for the tenants who are renting in the complex. What happened to respect others how you want to be respected? You call and see when is the best time to come, you just don't pop up. Some tenants don't know how to follow guidelines and from loud music being played and there is noise ordinance in place and some tenants don't even follow it. When reporting it nothing gets done. The noise continues. Some tenants or random people coming in going door to door and there is no soliciting policy. If you are running a place, you need to make sure guidelines are being followed through. Like, these are adults here who break the guidelines. This is a gated community. But, there seems to be no order in security otherwise the soliciting policy wouldn't be broken. It would be nip in the bud. Seems to be leasing to anyone without doing a proper background check. Car has been broken into while in the parking lot inside the gate. The parking lot seriously needs to be bigger for what it is. They are quick to tow if you are not parked in your space. Like, so many buildings and barely any parking spots, some people have to drive around until they can find a spot where they won't get towed, or park outside the complex. No longer live in the complex. You need to do better. Especially, if you see and know how quickly you are losing tenants. And not just let every person become a tenant. read more

Living at Wolf Ranch Apartments has its perks, but the parking situation is not one of them. Despite being promised ample parking, finding a spot within the complex is like finding a needle in a haystack. We're often directed to park in the nearby neighborhood, which isn't ideal with the frequent car break-ins. I will also not park out there because I live in these apartments not in that neighborhood, we pay rent here not out there. If anything, Guests should be parking out there and all the cars that management has under file SHOULD have parking available to them. It's a serious concern that needs to be addressed by management ASAP to ensure the safety and convenience of all residents. read more

I have been living at this complex for 3 years and the management DOES NOT CARE about your safety or concerns at all. These last several months have been living HELL for me. As a woman living by myself, it's scary and nerve racking. I have been harassed and stalked by my neighbor for several months. He would ring my ring doorbell at 2-3am almost every weekend and it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I work long hours and I am exhausted. He would ring it at random times of the day while I'm at work to see if anyone lives with me. I have complained to the property manager MANY times, sent them emails about this situation and all they tell me is we will talk to the tenant and that there is not much we can do and you need to file a police report. I have filed a police report and if they apparently did talk to him, why is he still continuing to do it??? They have no care whatsoever at all. It is mentally draining for me and I am always looking behind my back to make sure he isn't there or stalking me. I always have to check my ring camera before going up stairs to the third floor to make sure he isn't waiting there for me. The property management don't care at all and will allow this harassment to happen and stalking and even sexual harassment to happen. NO ONE HERE IS SAFE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE FAMILY AND OR KIDS. STAY CLEAR AWAY. There is no security patrolling the area at all even tho they say there is. THERE IS NOTHING they are doing to prevent this from happening. They lied to me saying they talk to the tenant about him harassing me and now I am forced to move and find a different apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I'm glad i left when i had the chance. read more

My family and I moved in about 3 weeks ago. Tamika and Odir are amazing! Tamika has been our point of contact for all our needs. Odir has made sure our apartment has everything it needs and fixes things in a timely manner. I truly appreciate how responsive both are and they are able to communicate if something is going to take a bit longer than they hoped. Odir is a one man team at the moment and i always seem him up and busy before the office opens. Im giving 4 stars because parking can be a bit of a hassle as you only get 1 assigned spot with your apartment. So far, I have no huge complaints and I'd recommend anyone looking to rent, to speak with Tamika! She'll make the entire process less stressful. Don't live here. Aside from parking being horrible, cars are constantly being broken into if you park outside the gate. Pool was always closed and when it was open, the water was dam near green. There's nothing you can place on your balcony or patio with the amount of "inspections" they do, they don't let you live comfortably. The "playground" and "fitness center" sucked. The office is nice and remodeled but want you to pay an arm and a leg for something not even close to what they work in. They will give you keys to a condo you're paying $3000 for and it's not even clean then when you move out, they keep your entire deposit and then on top of that still charge you MORE. almost having to pay $1000 for "damages" even though I took before and after pictures. They never replaced what they said they would including a moldy dishwasher, under sink that was warped from previous owners with a leak and a broken laundry door. And on top of that, you have to deal with creepy maintenance dudes asking you out on a date. No point in reviewing if all they're going to do is say "call us or feel free to reach out" yet they'll do nothing about it. Worst place you can ever live. Save your money and pay elsewhere. read more

We've experienced issues with our microwave starting Friday and maintenance Mr. Odir responded the same day. Very prompt and efficiently and he diligently replaced fuse. Only to discover later that evening the Microwave went out again. We posted another work order later that evening. He kindly returned first thing Monday morning. He checked fuse and discovered we needed a whole new microwave. He returned moments later with a brand new microwave that actually matched the oven. Always with a smile and gracious attitude we wanted to give Odir the highest rating. His follow through dedication and respect he showed for our situation, we thank him wholeheartedly. So I sit here and see all the bad reviews for this location and I have had nothing but a good experience so far. What people seem to forget is that these were large condos at one point in time and our parking situation was not set up for large families with 2-3 cars. You can always rent a parking garage if parking is really that much of a deal for you. This location is very quiet and literally right across the street from my kids school and the High school is not to far up the road. There is great shopping around the area with all the major grocery stores within a stones throw. Yes, they are a bit costly but what is not in the Sacramento area now. You get what you pay for around here and I am glad we chose to stay here. I've been here a couple of months and when I moved in I was told I could have the option of a garage near my building when it came available. Since then I've been to the office 5 times to try a get a garage that I know for a fact the people moved. Each time I was blown off with a "I'll call you as soon as I talk to Nikki" each time was a lie! The "ghetto" mentality resonates throughout this place. If your into trash everywhere, bass rattling your windows at night, and crappy management. This is the place! Here's another issue: On the day we were scheduled to move in the apartment was untouched after the previous tenants left. I didn't have time to wait until the following week for them to arrange cleaning so I did it myself. When I left I also cleaned everything to move-in ready condition and those a holes kept $750 of my deposit for painting, etc. what a ripoff! read more

When we walked into the office we met Jessica who was so nice. She explained everything well and let me ask a bunch of questions which was so helpful. We looked at an apartment that was really nice and clean. After looking at several communities this place and it's staff really made an positive impression and made the process so easy for my friend. Just trying to get a showing was a full time job. The "corporate" office that makes the appointments doesn't even know the hours of the location. The apartments are beautiful I will admit that and the option of having an attached garage is something more builders should consider. After giving them all your personal information they still want more.. They act like you are purchasing it ffs..and I am sorry it goes 2 ways you need us as much as we need you and these companies need to realize that. There are good people out there who are still dealing with the effects of the pandemic.. give some slack on the credit and the scores Anyways I will never rent from this company based on their judgmental mentality and lack of taking each situation individually. #Elevatethis Sequoia.. read more

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I will say that I'm very pleased with my apartment. Very peaceful and quiet community. Management are very flexible and easy to work with. Henrike and Denise are the absolute BEST.. Everything is always handled very promptly and they are always pleasant. We used to live here last year and we had an OK experience. Positives: - Beautiful and spacious units. - Appliances are all up to date. - Office staff are very friendly and helpful. - Our kids loved the basketball court and playground. - Easy access to freeway, stores and restaurants. Negatives: - We had our car broken into twice. - Our bike that was locked to our porch gate was stolen. - Parking is absolutely horrible. - Our unit was right next to the basketball court which is also by the "locked" gate from the main road. There were a lot of people walking in and out of the complex through that gate. Some were hanging out at the court and bbq area. - Because parkong is limited, we noticed people would illegally park their cars behind garages and by the garbage dumpsters and never getting caught. The ONE time we parked by the dumpster to gather some things in our apartment, 1 hour later it was towed. We had to pay the fine to get our car back. Of course, that was our fault for even parking there. But it sucks everyone else CONTINOUSLY did it and aren't getting their cars towed. Honestly, if this complex was cheaper, we would definitely move back. But because of the parking, I don't think we will ever return. It was nice living here though. read more

This place sucks! I have a neighbor who thinks it is acceptable to get up at 3:30 a.m. and pound on the walls, slam doors and blast music. This same person also vacuums and does gymnastics at midnight. It sounds like there are a large number of people living there. Completely inconsiderate. When people go up and down the stairs, the whole building shakes and feels like an earthquake. Mgmt does nothing except put a note on the door, which is not effective. We moved in about a year ago and it was the very weekend they were transitioning to a new management team. We were glad the new management honored the move-in special we had previously signed. The office staff are super nice and since we've been here they've been quick on work orders and following up with things we've had questions about. The apartment is very nice with a modern touch and the property is well kept and it's pretty quiet here, during the day and at night. The downside is parking however, but that's how it was built years ago. They probably didn't expect many households to have multiple cars lol. All in all, we like it here and decided to go ahead with our lease renewal. read more

Sequoia recently took over managing the property and are making great changes making the complex even more enjoyable ! In the past several months that they have taken over they have totally turned this place around ! Not to mention how quick the maintenance men are at responding and fixing whatever goes wrong ! Moved in weeks later we noticed a roach coming out of the shower drain! My daughter found it and didn't want to take a shower in there again. We then began to see more where the water heater was. It came to a point where I had to get roach spray & blocked the crack on the bottom of the door & sprayed twice a month. we reported it for someone to come out & spray they never did. First days in the apartment it smelled really bad. Parking was horrible you get one parking pass. The gates never closed. Ever. read more

I moved in a couple months ago and I absolutely love my new condo. The move in with Henrike was a pleasant and rapid experience. I even received a small welcome box with some move in gifts. I haven't had any problems with my condo but when I did have a maintenance issue the service manager Jon fixed it right away. It's a beautiful well kept property with lots of trees and nice green grass. I see Sam and Jon picking up trash and cleaning the dumpster area every morning and you can see they really care about their jobs. I also want to thank Sydneigh for being so nice when I called into the office. The area is nice and quiet and everything you need is near by. I love this complex! The maintenance team is always on top of things, and the leasing staff always is there for me whether I have a question or just want to get hot coffee in the office! I have lived there for almost 6 months and plan on renewing this month! When I first moved into this apartment a long haired brunette girl in the office had done a walk through inspection and answered any question I had! She explained a lot of information to me and made sure that I was completely confident and comfortable with choosing this complex. She has also helped me when I had a problem with my dish washer and she had sent someone out right away to help me! She also got my lease renewal lower and I couldn't be more pleased. I really wish I remembered her name she is amazing! & every other person that manages this complex is very helpful and have fit every need I've had. I would and have recommended Wolf Ranch to so many people. I've lived in 3 other apartments before this and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else they treat you with respect and are patient with any problem that pops up. The property is beautiful and the neighbors are just as great! I've never lived somewhere where I've had absolutely no issues with the people around me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First off, you have to drive around at least 20 minutes just to find parking. Every time you leave and come back, drove around again. If you need to unload groceries and you leave your car parked out front for than 5 minutes, they will tow it. It smells like dog shit, EVERYWHERE. Idiots have parties going til 4 or 5 in the morning, super loud, drinking laughing whatever the fuck they're doing. You and your kids will NOT SLEEP. You can call security as many times as you want, they WILL NOT SHOW UP. I've called since 11pm until I finally gave up around 3 am. Called maybe 14 times. No one showed up. read more

Don't move here unless you want to pay overpriced rent to live with roaches. Obviously, the property is very nice which is why we moved here to begin with but literally the very same day that we signed the lease and got our keys we seen a roach. And then we started to see more and more. During the spring and summer months the property crawls with them, they are everywhere, inside your home, taking out the trash, walking to your car, inside your garage. It's disgusting! Personally, $2000 is too much for me to deal with roaches. When I addressed my concerns, the assistant property manager Henrike Wilson was very rude and unprofessional and acted as if it was normal and told me not to leave food out because I'll invite them inside!!!! When we complained and wanted the issue resolved she was very non-chalant and told us no one could come out for 2 weeks! I told her this was unacceptable and an appt was made in the following days. When the guy did come he told me that there was a huge problem within the complex. I told her we wanted ongoing treatment even without the presence of roaches and she promised but after 2 sprays they stopped returning to our unit. They would always lie and tell us things were don't when they really weren't so she could pacify us. She even hung up in my face on one occasion because I told her we pay too much money to reside with roaches. Other than roaches, they lie a lot, have hidden fees and charges and have a huge parking problem. There is nowhere to park nor for your visitors to and nearly half the complex had to park at the school. On one occasion my car got towed because someone parked in my spot. We were supposed to get a garage but many tenants received them before we did despite being number one on the list and every time I brought it up they had some excuse. Overall, the place was nice without the roaches but the customer service was terrible, the staff was terrible with the exception of the maintenance man, and the experience was terrible. I haven't lived in this place for 2.5 years now and I'm still scarred. Where do I even start? Cockroaches since first walk through, told that it was just because of it being vacant for awhile. So we cleaned it all and moved our stuff in and suffered through two separate fumigations because of the roach infestation the apartment had prior to us moving in. Roach infestation took nearly two months to be completely rectified. Someone broke into my husbands car 2 weeks into living there. Did I mention they didn't even give us the apartment we signed the lease for? So to "make up" for it they gave us a 3 bedroom apartment, but it didn't have a connected garage or floors all over the apartment like the original one. And so they made us pay $100 more a month for flooring to be put in instead of the carpet (we have allergy issues and that is why we chose a full flooring apartment in the first place). Oh and the carpet was stained in several areas and was told we wouldn't pay carpet cleaning fee when we moved out because of it. I suffered with severe anxiety because of the roaches. The first two days of moving into this apartment I killed 42 baby cockroaches. When I mentioned all of this to the manager, she told us to just leave, no compassion or apology for the horrible experiences. We had to stay the full year because we had no other place to go. When we finally were leaving they tried charging us carpet fee. My husband disputed everything and after many weeks of battling they realized how wrong they were. When we went in to finally turn keys in the property manager started yelling at my husband in front of me. That is when I finally had it and we almost got in a fist fight. Don't live here people.. it's overpriced and they truly treat you like scum of the earth. read more
