I called Liemco and learned that by taking the machine to them, instead of having them come to me, it would save me a lot of money. A few days later I called to confirm with them, as we had agreed during my initial call, what time that day to bring the Mini to them. Immediately upon arrival the owner began working on it. It turned out to be a simple fix. He showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. While he was testing to be absolutely sure that it was working correctly, I learned a bunch of other things about my machine from him. Everyone there was very friendly. Liemco does custom work for big companies like Stumptown and La Colombe but as an individual with a small machine I was still treated very well.

Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.
