I've been seeing Abbie since 2022 for overall health and reduce stress. However, I've seeing her recently to relieve a hip and back pain which has gotten a lot better after just three sessions. She can adapt her pressure to my needs and preferences making it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. She communicates effectively and is very professional. Abbie is also very friendly and compassionate. I like that I get a massage for the whole time I schedule, plus additional time at the beginning of each session to talk about my needs and at the end Abbie gives me recommendations. I also like that when she is with me, there are no interruptions of any kind so her full attention is on me. She provides a relaxing environment with calming music, dim lighting, comfortable temperature and a clean space. She is a pretty busy lady so I schedule my appointments well in advance.

It seems like it has many caveats from places that accept it. You can only use it for full-peice services, and you can't book a package of services or seasonal specials. The shop was comfortable and very hippie inside. A bit too many chotchkies for sale inside, but retail is necessary , I realize. The music was a little too crazy and loud for me. Everyone was very nice, and though you can purchase a membership, I loved that it was very low pressure. It actually seems like a good deal that your services can be rolled forward, and can be combined for a larger service. I'm just not a subscription person. I booked an hour massage and a facial. The facial was very thorough and relaxing. The massage was also great, but ended really quickly. When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. As I checked out, I was also given a cute little facial gift bag, with a nice smelling cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Nice touch. I had a decent service. I'm on the fence about this place.
