My masseuse Anna placed my feet into a bucket of warm water as she began to massage my face, head, neck, shoulders and arms. I closed my eyes and felt incredibly relaxed. The reflexology- the arches, heels, toes, and the pressure points on feet felt so satisfying. Anna basically worked my entire body and even stretched me. After the massage, Anna gave me a bottle of water. $50 including tip for a wonderful hour of massage is hard to beat. I left feeling so loose and relaxed. She really got in there and helped ease all of my shoulder tension and was great at communicating and making sure it wasn't too much pressure. I also let my masseuse know that I had an arm tattoo that is still healing (at 4 weeks post-tat, I still didn't want any oil or rubbing on it) and she was super accommodating to this request! I'm not sure how many rooms there are in total but there's a set of three beds for each room. A basket is placed by the head for personal belongings. They begin with placing a thin sheet/blanket for comfort and then an another on your face to cover your eyes to relax you. For one, it's definitely less distracting and what I was told is that it makes it less awkward for the reflexologist. While focusing on one foot, the other leg was covered too. I noticed that they focused on specific areas of the feet with most of a downward motion and then extends it further to your legs and repeating the motion. It was definitely relaxing and any tension that had built up was most certainly diminished. They were most certainly professionals in their craft and even offered us water bottles to rehydrate.
