Asked for the nicest car on the lot. Told me there was nothing wrong with it besides a little hole in the tire so I bought it. I bring my car back telling them that my brake pedal went straight to the floor and the brakes were not working. Instead of manually checking the brakes they hook it up to a computer and say nothing is wrong. Even after I told them my car was vibrating and having issues, they insist on telling me I'm wrong. So I go to another place today and learned that they sold me a car with multiple problems that I wouldn't know about. My spring in the back is snapped and not even connected to the car anymore. It had been snapped long before I bought it. The owner even told me he personally looked throughout the entire car and inspected it himself.All my tires are rubbed down thin, and the BRAKES and ROTORS were in terrible condition. They lied knowing these problems were there, the oil pan cap was stripped due to their lack of skill, and he patched a hole on my tire the wrong way. Not to mention they took all of 5 minutes to "try" Nd look at my brakes with a computer? While I was in there another customer was also complaining about there service on how they overcharged them almost 10,000 on a car and the lady texted on her phone and showed me her phone and discreetly tried to tell me not to go to these people. Poor customer service, and a lack of mechanical knowledge means they need more training. read more

I have gone to Wolfgang's for years now but in this recent instance I was about to give up on a car I really like....it was making some significant road noise for some time now and I was just about ready to give up on it. Enter Vladimir who appropriately diagnosed my '06, fixed it.... and it's riding better than ever - just like new. The reason why this is an important note is many others "improperly" diagnosed the problem where I would have made the repairs and I'd still be left with the recurring problem. I was skeptical but he came thru. He was quick and cheap (overall) versus the cost of a replacement car. So - all in. 1st off I leased my 06 Acura TL (May-2019) the people seem cool N friendly but it's just a Salesman charm,These people are con artist. Ever hear stories about Buy here pay here rip off lots. Look no further Just stop by n visit your local Wolf Gang Auto Sales. Where they have Grade A shit cars! Don't believe just check out my 06 Acura that had no check engine light or anything at the the time of test driving but soon as I pulled off the lot. Bright yellow check engine light for knock sensor which I was told would be replaced. Sure enough I was told to bring it to there on site auto shop what a joke. Nawl I instead went to Acura n paid a real mechanic instead someone that's just resetting the light. These people charge u for a online application but won't give u any indication you've been approved. They deal with some Shit hole in-house finance company that doesn't report your credit so you get fucked in the long run. I'm not speaking from one experience. I thought I was happy with my Acura so my wife got a 08 BMW from them an she has already put 1800 into the damn car. No help from wolf gang. Mind u the bmw started tripping out on her after two weeks of having the car. An honestly she works from home so are you serious. An to top that off they gave my mother a 2004 Lexus truck that only lasted her 6months. So FYI make sure they do a better job hiding your gps wire so you Won't have an unfortunate event like I did. Please ignore these paid for reviews they argued a old lady out the door last time I was there. Telling her the car was bought as is now it's her problem. Please take a certified mechanic with you or bring a OBD2 scanner to test their shit before and after the test drive. After doing business with Wolfgang for 3+ years having new engines installed and body work done I can say in recent years something has changed. The last time I went to get work done I had to go back 3 times I'm order for them to continue to fix what they said they already had. Worst still, the turn time for any work was 2-4 weeks. *********don't buy or ever trust these people! run!*********** i drove 60mi from stockbridge about this car https://www.wolfgangsautos.com/listings/2010-acura-rl/ i called them the day before on "georges" cell phone on 404-935-1216 which is on the website. he knew i was coming. when i came there. everyone flat out ignored me. i called his cell he didn't show until 3 1/2 hrs later. every customer that came in for service was disgruntled with bad news waiting hours with phones endlessly ringing of the hook. i called a mechanic who showed up and showed me proof this car was not up to par straight-up they chose not to have the car emission ready my mechanic plugged in the scanner which indicated the o2 sensors aren't working and that the code were wiped so you really wouldn't know what's wrong until you drove it a few miles upon which that check engine light would have come back on and they would have been laughing all the way to the bank. i came with a certified check from my credit union for $6300 the asking price. they only came up to me to talk about the car when they saw guy with the scanner promising they would fix whatever is wrong...yeah right read more

Worst car repair experience I've had in 35 years as a car owner. Made an appointment with Vladimir one week in advance to bring my car in on the following Wednesday. Vladimir told me from my description he knew what the problem was with my car. I filled out his estimate form with a description of the issue, and left my car on Wednesday morning. I rented a car from Enterprise. Vladimir, nor anyone from Wolfgang's, ever called me to tell me about the repair. I went by on Thursday to get an item out of my car. It was in the first bay in the garage, as if it were being worked on. I called on Friday and spoke with Vladimir. HE ASKED ME what they were doing to my car. As of early Friday afternoon they had not even checked out my car, much less repaired it. They then said they would take it for a test drive and call me back. They called back awhile later and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. They had my car for three days, didn't even check it out until I called them, and never made the repair. I picked the car up on Saturday. Vladimir was not there, so I spoke with George and told him how dissatisfied and unhappy I was with what had happened, and told him they should reimburse me for my car rental. George said he understood my concerns, said Vladimir would call me when they reopened on Tuesday, and that I would be reimbursed for the rental. But Vladimir, nor anyone with Wolfgang's ever called me back. I called them twice, got no answer, and there was no answering machine to leave a message. The following week I took my car to DMA Automotive, and they made the repair in three hours. This was a quality shop back in the day when Wolfgang owned and operated it, but no more. They should change the name instead of sullying it. I found the office and shop to be very cluttered and disorganized. Looks like they are taking on way more business, between repairs and sales, than they can handle. Not recommended. read more
