Then it was a pdf. Then it was the physical copy from the school. Then it was both the transcript and the degree physical copies. He wanted to tell me everything the can't do and won't do and would not entertain any of the solutions I tried to provide, nor listen to the reasoning and information provided directly from Nissan USA. So after some back and forth, me asking some more questions, and him "checking on it," I eventually said "let's just move forward." He then had to check on some more things as I was still trying to solve for this. He came back and some more back and forth about them not accepting this and I said "let's just move forward. I'll just eat the $500." Said it two more times. He then proceeds to change his demeanor yet again and now he "didn't feel comfortable with this relationship and doesn't want to do business...".
