I wish I could give it a zero so I called about the 2024 KTM 450 online it shows it's 10k and sticker shows it's 10k. I asked them about the price guy really said 12 K. Might been the worst salesman I've ever spoke to.

2013 FLHR just turned 10,000 miles, her name is Scrazams.

Made my appointment a few weeks ago and the service department did a great job getting my 2017 CVO Limited in and out within 24 hours. I'm very happy with that. Not so happy with the wash, it was more of a heavy rinse. I got it home and put the final touch on it having a touring bike there's always something to clean. I did ask for a black filter and was charged for a chrome, not a big deal, they could have put the mileage on the attached sticker. I would like to see them using the cleaning products that they sell. Wheel cleaner, engine cleaner, leather dressing and bug removal. Like I seen on utube, a Harley dealership showed how they cleaned bikes after service., So I payed 300$ to install my new tires, tough nut there, but I'm a maintenance service guy, in the Army we called it preventative maintenance and I do my best to follow the recommendations ..... When they removed the old weights and charged 32$ for new set of weights, they left all the old rubber adhesive on the unwashed wheels. I am hopeful that the new ones won't fall off like they have done on my last two tire installs. Time will tell. I hope he wiped the wheel first I was also happy that they updated my radio calibration, a pleasant surprise. Wolverine is still my go to place. I would like to see the little details taken care of by them, instead of me doing it later . Paying 122$ an hour I expect a lot and If I have a service problem they are always willing to correct. I am pretty sure that you also get a one year guarantee on parts and maybe service . But overall I have a positive experience at Wolverine. Thanks guys

What a great experience it was in the shop. First let me say I've been coming into the Wolverine store and browsing for some time now. Finally over the past weekend I purchased my new motorcycle from Danimal (what a nice guy). I was able to test ride bikes, see which one felt better. The family atmosphere and salesmanship of the employees and the store is visceral. I was able to meet one of the owners (George), who is hands on and is there to help out where possible. Really made the entire buying experience that much more wonderful. The store is immaculate and clean, whether your on the sales floor or back with the mechanics. I was able to take a full tour of the shop, and it's truly a top notch place all around. Whether your buying a bike or simply in the area, I recommend you stop in, talk to the super friendly staff, learn about the bikes and pick up a shirt. In the end, the professionalism exuded was unmatched and I'm glad I purchased my motorcycle and gear from Wolverine.

Do you remember the first time you went to the ice rink, prior to learning how to skate? Remember how badly you wished that the place could be empty so that no one else would see how badly you were skating? Hold those thoughts. I'd been getting these odd surges of adrenaline seeing people riding around locally, and then the observations finally begged the question ... why not me? I can do that ... I mean, I think I can do that ... can't I? When Deb informed me (true story) that she'd had a dream that included me riding a Harley, well ... who was I to ignore the signs? The only wee little problem with me and Deb riding off into the sunset on a brand new hog was ... well, I had no idea how to ride a motorcycle. Flash forward to me and Deb entering Wolverine Harley-Davidson. Remember the thoughts you'd mustered about being embarrassed of your novice-like skating and not wanting others to notice? Yeah. We walked in and I was silently reminding myself to somehow give off the vibe that I'd been riding forever. Resisting the urge to point at the first bike we saw and scream "Oooo, COOL! Look at how shiny it is!", I instead walked cooly around it, nodding ... giving off more of a "Mm hmm, pretty nice, but what's the chance of gettin' inverted front forks on this bad boy?" kind of aura. I mean ... no one needed to know that I was wondering how gears were shifted or where the brakes were. Anyway, my cover was blown almost right away ... as a really great salesman (Ben) was helping us, Deb offered up this little nugget: "He's never even been on one, so ... are there classes that you offer for beginners?" I looked around like I was interested in checkin' out the dork that she was referring to. I felt like Ralphie in "A Christmas Story" when his teacher is asking who left Flick outside with his tongue stuck to the flagpole. The gig, sadly, was up. I admitted, sheepishly that no, I'd never been on a motorcycle and that my interest was based mostly on seeing others riding and a weird dream that Deb had had. Ben was outstanding. He gave what amounted to a mini-class while showing us several bikes that I would fit best on ... price ranges that weren't intimidating and the most practical advice on how to get started and what to expect ... both on the road and in a dealership. The variety of bikes in this place is impressive. New as well as used ... and if they don't have it in stock, they'll make the effort to find it for you. 5-stars all the way. Well we didn't leave with a bike ... although after I take my beginner's class, I'll have my eye on the 2011 Wide Glide with the 2-1-2 Tommy Gun exhaust. See? There's hope even for the most novice of Harley fans.

Had to take my Fat Boy back several times after purchase. Couldn't fix L.E.D. lights. Had a valve stem(yes! A tire valve stem) that they didn't catch or repair after several trips in.They didn't catch it! After winter storage. Fortunately, the GM and owner, George De la Nuez, and sales manager, Frank Blowers, made things right. They stood by me as a customer. Can't ask for more than that!

"New to Michigan and needed to have my Harley on the Dyno to get dialed in. I called a few places and did not feel comfortable with any of the places I called. Then I called the nearest Harley dealership to me and when I called, the person on the phone was informative and helpful and transferred me to Matt. From there it was smooth sailing, Matt answered all my questions and concerns regarding the service I needed. Set up an appointment and the day of my appointment I did not know the dealer set up. And that's when I met Eddie he was nice enough to stop what he was doing and led me to where I was suppose to be. Matt greeted me like he knew me and at that point I knew I was in the right place and felt that they were going to do my bike justice. From start to finish and from sales to service Wolverine Harley Davidson has the most friendly and knowledgeable employees I have encountered so far. I would highly recommend Wolverine Harley Davidson for all your motorcycle needs. As for the service they were able to pull amazing numbers for HP & Torque for my FatBoy. Thanks again to Matt, Eddie & Dave.

We just stopped in before closing to "look" at a bike we had seen online. Our sales guy, Dustin was very knowledgeable and stayed way past closing to assist us. We didn't feel pressured to buy but ended up finding a less expensive bike we couldn't leave without! The paperwork went very smooth and they worked until they got us the best rate. Even thought the store was empty when were done we rang the bell for purchasing our first Harley! Highly recommend this dealer and we will be back for accessories soon!

Nice place. Easy to find and staff was very friendly. Great deals on T-shirts on sale. Buy 2 get 1 free. Each shirt was around $20.

I bought a black hat from here wore it 5 times and it started to turn brown. I expect better quality out of a 30$ hat.
