So I swapped it out with my original that I took off and Jerry was right! So, I had Jerry flush my brakes and after I put the original pedal back on I had brakes once again. I was really hoping the extended pedal would work, unfortunately it did not. But at least I have brakes once again. I will be coming back to Jerry for some repairs that I can't do.

I've had many Harleys over the years and have always found it EXTREMELY difficult to find a Dealer or a Person that is as passionate as you are when it comes to your Ride. They took a $40 deposit ($20 each). They never called me back. I called several times after the initial week and was told that someone was looking at them and that they were really behind. Yesterday was approaching 3 weeks so I tried to call again. Phone line disconnected. I drove up to the shop and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes someone eventually came. They gave me back my equipment and my $40 and said they never even looked at them to diagnose the problem. They never apologized or gave explanation. 3 weeks later and I'm starting over again with nothing gained due to their absolute incompetence. This business is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. The dealership had lost internet service due to a windstorm--something that would disrupt most businesses--but they still managed to process all the paperwork without any issues. Pricing was fair and straightforward, with no surprises. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely courteous.
