This job is WAY to big for the company to handle. Our insurance company has now been waiting for over 3 weeks for Contractor / Manager Aaron Sapp to submit measurements so they can finally order the material. I was then told they would complete our siding and interior repairs until they could finally get around to submitting the roof measurements. Aaron arrived on Saturday to do the siding repairs, took payment in full, got paid, left to "go get a ladder" and never showed back up. After being lied to and assured 3 times the work would be completed on Saturday (Before and after leaving) I have called, left voicemails, sent texts and emailed asking for an update as to when they will be back to do the job and have yet to receive a response. In all we have now paid the company over $10,000 for them to have completed no repairs and can't even get ahold of anyone form the company.

The 4 x 4 posts were still in the cement and they were broke off still way above ground and very jaggard where a child or even my dogs could have gotten hurt from the jaggard wood post. Freddie originally met with us to redo our front porches; at his recommendation, we ultimately decided to go with aggregate concrete, which he subcontracted out. The subcontractors did the work in November and were paid in full. We subsequently discovered the work is not in compliance with Kentucky Residential Building Code, and did not meet our agreed-to contract. We have repeatedly contacted Freddie and asked him to have the work redone, or to reimburse us for the cost to have it fixed. He initially responded and promised to work with us, but since April, has completely ghosted us and refused to make this right in any way.
