On 17th, they rushed to get finished before pictures and were still there when photographer showed up. I hurriedly wrote a check to Ben Macy, the owner. As you can see in the pictures, there is spacing on the railing. The stairs are awful, looks like wonky stairs at a fun house. They are not level. They are leaning. The stair rails are leaning. How is this considered quality work?? I was told it's because we used the original risers. But my stairs were not crooked at all before this. As you can see, the first board is not level with concrete. This has nothing to do with riser- previous board was completely level with walkway. The next day, the18th, we talked and i told him i need the stairs to not be leaning. He said they'd be out the next week. Didn't hear from him, they didn't show up. I called Ben on may 29. Weeks and weeks pass by and I don't hear anything from Bone Dry regarding a date where they plan to come out and get the job done. I get text messages on April 30th, May 14th, and May 28th saying they eager to begin working on my roof. June 15th rolls around and nothing has been done or communicated. The issue had become much worse , where my gutter and gutter board were now detached from my home and laying across my patio. I call their office and speak to someone who says she will have someone reach out to me by EOD. I hear nothing. I call back the following day and notify them that no one reached out to me as they said they would. The person I spoke to told me she was going to contact the main boss (who was on family vacation) to see if someone could reach out to me. I finally hear from someone and they scheduled a crew to come out on June 17th to get the work done. The crew did in fact show the morning of June 17th and got the job done. As soon as the job was complete, I began getting mass amounts of text messages and phone calls to make sure I pay the invoice. If only I received the same effort to get my roof fixed as I did to receive my payment... Not once I have received an apology, communication where they went wrong, nothing (expect constant hounding for payment).

I contacted ProClaim Roofing and the representatives were very professional. They visited my house, assessed the damages, informed me of the insurance process and did not ask for any money up-front. (As a matter of fact, they did not ask for any money until after the work was completed, and satisfaction of the work was confirmed first!) ProClaim Roofing came to my home to assist with the repair process before the insurance company had even contacted me to schedule an adjuster to visit. They even secured protection on the roof to prevent any further damage until repairs were able to be made. The day that the insurance adjuster made their visit, the ProClaim Roofing team was on-site early and accompanied the insurance adjuster during visit to help evaluate the roof damages. The professional staff helped to familiarize the insurance adjuster with the repairs necessary. After the insurance claim quotation was made, the team was also able to identify additional items that were neglected in the original insurance quotation for the repairs.
