I came here October 4th to do the bows and ties package. I'm 14 in a half weeks. At my perinatal Diagnostics appnt with Stanford that was a week prior to my appnt here the Sonographer at Stanford did the baby's measurements this is the appnt where they also tell you if the baby has Down syndrome after a 2 hour long ultrasound the Sonographer asked if I wanted to know the baby's gender which I did and said the baby is a girl, after she was done with me the MD came in and did her ultrasound during the ultrasound she confirmed the baby was a girl. After coming to Womb's Window I was told the baby was a boy my husband and I were shocked when we were told that, the girls helping us were really nice my baby was being stubborn to show its gender and it took a while for them to see the gender but because of the position of the baby the girls were having a hard time seeing it until the second girl helped out and after a while she determined it was a boy she tried to explain the gender area but really because of the position of the baby we couldn't tell at all and my mind went blank because I was surprised to be told a different gender. As everyone mentioned here the picture qualities are not great we can't tell at all what the gender looks like it's very confusing. We were set to have a gender reveal for our families on October 26th but we had to cancel it because at this point we don't know if this place is correct or not. I called my OB because I didn't want to cancel the reveal but I sent him the pictures and he couldn't tell the gender either he said it looked like something is there but it's hard to tell could be the umbilical cord or something else he suggested I wait to find out the gender at my 20week ultrasound which will be through the Sonographer & MD from Stanford again. Disappointed that I left confused and had to cancel my Halloween theme gender reveal party. I rather not reveal something that is 50/50 to us at this point. I called Womb's Window the same day at a later time and spoke to someone there the lady was nice and I explained the situation she said she was going to have another girl look at the pictures and call me back. Within 10minutes she called me back and said the girl can see it's a boy because of the picture quality it's hard to tell for us. I told her if they determined the gender to be incorrect I would let them know. Other than that the girls here are nice and the location is clean, nice and quiet. I would recommend them and because of my experience I suggest it's better to wait until 20weeks. read more

I highly recommend this place to any couple expecting. Wait time wasn't long at all they actually seen my before my appointment which was awesome! The staff was so sweet and friendly. The office is nice and cozy as for the cleanliness definitely 10/10. I signed up for the "Bows or Bow ties" package. First of all how cute is that title?! I am 35 weeks pregnant and I've been to multiple places trying to find out the sex of my baby and nothing not even from my doctor! I'm always told "It's too hard to tell" but the technician knew right away that I was expecting a beautiful baby boy!! My only regret is that I didn't come to this location sooner! I can't tell you how welcoming all these girls were. Right when we walked into the door, the girl at the desk was super sweet, talked to us while we waited for our appointment. The girl that did our ultra sound was so nice and being patient with it. We wanted to keep it a secret, and didn't want to know the gender, so they put everything in the envelop. And she took her time looking for the gender. Our baby was being stubborn, and took a while but she got some great pictures! And another girl came in to help with some of the shots, and they came out amazing as well! Good quality photos. She even stopped to show us our baby's heart beat, and our baby doing headstands. Love this place! We came here for our gender reveal at 15 weeks & had such a great experience that we came back again for a 3D & HD live ultrasound at 25 weeks. Staff was polite and enthusiastic! I love Wombs window and have been there for 2 of my pregnancies. I actually had a groupon certificate for a different ultra sound place 'tummy time' and had a terrible experience just trying to get an appointment that I finally contacted groupon to refund my money and then I went to the best ultrasound place yet WOMB's WINDOW! They offered to match my groupon price and got me in that same evening! WOMB's WINDOW has amazing sonographers and we even got to talk to the owner and she was awesome too. I thought they may give me the slimmed down version of ultrasound because they had given me a great deal but no way they spoiled us. They gave me extra pictures and even took the time to give us a look of what our baby looked like in 3D & 4D. They have top of the line equipment and I would recommend WOMB's WINDOW A 100times over tummy time no matter what kind of deal you may be getting! They have a great office which is so nice and comfortable and decorated very nice; not cheesy baby style cartoons and junk. read more

I came for my second trimester pictures and they were flawless I wish I had know they recorded dvds. I called to see if maybe they kept them for a little while at least but no luck so make sure to ask for a DVD before your session!! It will be worth it I promise. Then came in for my 3rd trimester photos but I came in at 38 weeks so make sure to get in before then because the baby will definitely be engaged and no face pictures will be possible. However, both my experiences were pleasant with the staff and they took their time. I will definitely be returning for my next baby and now that I am experienced with what they offer I can get the best things for my next baby. I love how sweet all the girls are and they are very accommodating. I was scared to come to an ultrasound place because I've heard bad stories about how they are overpriced and rush you and just alll these bad things. But not this place!! I called Friday & made an appt on May 22nd for the gender sneak peek because I want my husband there since he can't go to my doctor appts. I talked to a lady in the office and was scheduled for Monday June 1st for 1pm. Today I called and a guy answered, I was calling to verify my appt today but also to see if they had a later appt for the same day. When he went to go check my appt he was rude and complaining the whole time about how busy they are and he will check my appt but didn't really have time. Well he went to go check and told me I was never scheduled and he would have to look into it and call me back. He calls me back a few minutes later and tells me that I never called their facility and I'm mistaken with my information! I'm frustrated that he's pretty much calling me liar just because another associate didn't save my appt like she should. The owner calls me back to see if my issue was resolved! I processed to tell her that the guy who called me was very rude and pretty much called me a liar. The owner never apologized for her associates behavior today or for them never fully booking me. She asked if I could book me for another day and I told her I'll take my business elsewhere. I will never do business here again! read more

I absolutely love coming here!!! Everyone who works here is really nice and they really do go beyond just to make you happy. If your little one isn't cooperating, they schedule you to come in another day and you don't have to repay! This place is also nice and clean. We have visited this location 3 times throughout my current pregnancy, and it's completely worth the 40 minute drive from Lodi! The girls that work there are all absolutely amazing and so so sweet and welcoming. We have had a range of packages, from a basic heartbeat check at 10 weeks to most recently a 30 week HD ultrasound. Our boy was NOT cooperating this visit, and the fantastic tech, Alyssa spent a lot of time trying different ways to get him to uncover his face. After a while, it was clear he was not giving us a face view, so Alyssa let us know we can schedule a free recheck for later this week. Being the cost of the initial package, I so appreciate that they go out of their way to try and make sure their customers are completely satisfied. What a great experience! I did 3D with my first and all went well. We got great photos and he was easy to work with. I figured it would be just as easy this time. Nope! Baby #2 was NOT that easy. At the first visit, our tech did everything she could to get good photos and baby wasn't having any of it. We scheduled a repeat for a few days later. That visit was even worse! Baby curled into a ball and said no way! They graciously allowed us to try one more time after giving me some tips on how to get her to stretch out. After applying everything I learned the previous two visits, tonight we finally got great photos. They spent a good amount of time working her and getting her to move around and that we ended up with a ton of great quality photos! I'm very pleased! Had a wonderful experience!!! Def recommend! First time here, made a appt super easy online & got a confirmation email that day. Our appt was on a Friday & no one was there but us, except one couple walking out. It was nice and quiet & so cute inside. Our sonogram lady was Tammy she was awesome! So sweet & talked to the baby the whole time like it was hers, she made us feel comfortable and warm. We found out we're expecting a boy! It was a wonderful day! She even was kind enough to do a 3D picture for us even tho I'm 15 weeks. I can't say enough good things. We will see be back when I'm farther along and we can get some clearer 3D photos. I would have Tammy again as my sonogram tech with no hesitation! Had an amazing experience here! The woman at the front desk was so sweet. It's calm and comfortable in the waiting area. When we made our way into the room it was also very calm and comfortable. The technician I had was so nice! My baby was not shy and showed the gender immediately. We got some really amazing photos. She even threw in 4 complimentary 3D photos because we waited 30 minutes past our appointment time. (I didn't care at all that they were running behind. I expected there to be some wait. I assume some people might have a harder time finding the gender). Really great place. I am definitely returning for a 38 week 3D scan. It couldn't have gone any better! read more

Everyone was very nice but in my opinion the picture quality was poor. I get better pictures through my doctor who also uses 2D scans like womb with a view uses. Although my sons "packages" were clearly visible the body pictures of the boys werent good. The body picture that was clear was when the heart beat was done and and the picture was printed out, you could see them in the back ground but even then the picture of them was small. We had the best experience at Wombs Window!! I hardly leave reviews but my family and I really wanted to leave one. Last night we got to see our first baby, and we planned on not looking when our tech was looking for the gender. We are having our party today. We had Vanessa. She was the sweetest ever!!! She was so patient, friendly, easy to talk to and really took the time to make this extra special for us. Our baby took some time to get the cord out from it's legs and Vanessa was sooo patient and had the best tricks, from making me cough to sweet talking our little babe and just being patient but knew she would get it. When it was all done she stayed in the room to get a small secret package ready for us with our ultrasounds. Still have yet to open it after our reveal today! She gave the envelope to my sister and brother in law and gave my husband and I one of our own of just upper body pictures. The pictures were clear and she did a great job!!! My husband and I are having our first baby this year in april. this was a lot of fun for us. we didnt go all out and get the biggest package or a teddy bear, but we were very please with what we did get. a cd of all our pictures and 8 photos. he was (is) breech but they did great at getting pictures of him still. everything was nice and clean and home feeling. not like at a hospital. i would go back if we decide to have a second child. read more

As a first time mom, you are feeling so many different emotions that go from being ecstatic to extremely upset, but the one thing I wanted to say was my time and experience here was beyond amazing and I was completely satisfied at wombs window! I came here twice in my pregnancy, the first time was at 17 weeks when we did our gender reveal, and the second time we did a complete package with a 3D ultra sound. SO WORTH PAYING FOR! I can't explain how happy and how much I loved my experience here! Yesterday I went to peek a baby because I made a stupid spontaneous decision because I really wanted to spend some time seeing my baby girl on a Sunday and Womb's Window wasn't open so I decided to just try it out, let me tell you, it DOES NOT EVEN COMPARE! Worst mistake ever. I want to write to you the differences between these two ultra sound places and convince you to not waste your money on going to peek a baby! At wombs window, first of all it looks nicer! When you first walk in, you automatically feel at home and although I wasn't there to purchase any of the wide variety of clothes or stuffed animals they had their, It's nice to have because some people are interested in that.... Then as soon as you get into the room, they have a TV on almost every wall so people from all angles can see your baby where as peek a baby only has one TV. The atmosphere in the room was just so much nicer and comfier. When the lady started to do the ultra sound she doesn't really stop and take the thing off of your stomach to mess with the lighting or settings, it's like a constant movement and she's constantly snapping different movements and poses that your baby is doing while in the womb, which is awesome because babies don't hold cute poses for a long time or they don't just stay doing the same thing so you want to capture those moments quickly and the ultra sound lady we got was excellent, she captured so many cute moments (our baby stuck her tongue out, she was smiling, it was just amazing), where as at peek a baby (since they were promoting their HD that is an extra $35.00 and we ended up trying that) she takes the ultra sound thing off your tummy for like a minute, messes with the HD settings and wastes all that time when you could be capturing other moments. The HD wasn't as good as the samples they had... The time she spent with us at wombs window was way way longer then at Peek a baby. Peek a baby doesn't keep snapping pictures they just kind of let you view what's going on in your tummy then take a couple here or there... We didn't get an option to chose the pictures we really liked, they just gave us four random black and white ones that weren't that great. At the end of my session with wombs window, I got to go through a TON of beautiful moments the lady captured and pick which ones I liked for the 5 X 7 pictures and other perks that were part of the package, and then we had all the rest on a CD. One pic even printed a little off and they let us keep that one, plus re-printed one that looked a little better... Excellent service!! I am beyond happy and can't explain how great my experience here was for my first baby girl! And although I have a re-do at Peek a baby this Wednesday because the lady could tell how unsatisfied we were, I really wish they accepted refunds because I would take the money I wasted at peek a baby and schedule another appointment with Womb's window for a 3rd time and have way better service and quality pictures there then at peek a baby! Choose WOMBS WINDOW NOT PEEK A BABY :) read more

Had my ultrasound for a gender reveal yesterday ! Let me say the staff were so nice and friendly ! I think my ultrasound tech was named Laurie I believe (sorry if I'm wrong ! ) she was awesome! She was so patience our little one did not want to show ! She took her time and worked with me ! She says it usually takes 5 mins for the gender and we took 20 mins.
