5/19/2025 This place is a zoo. I have been calling for my family member for X-ray but I was told no paper received and once it will be received we will be calling. Unfortunately since the 5/5 no call not information. Did a walk in on the 5/19 customers service is pathetic poor. Front desk are not nice have bit off. Full of shit. Their timing says open till 6 pm. But I got there at 5:15 pm to get x-rays. Scums told me they stop taking x-rays at 5 pm.

The Radiologists need a Quality Control person to review their reports before they are finalized. I had a MRI with contrast there in October after having a MRI without contrast in August at another company. The Radiologist who interpreted the images did such a poor report that even the ordering provider laughed at it. I provided their office with images AND the report from the first MRI. Four months later, I have an addendum in hand that says the same thing as the first report. The thing is, she's saying everything is normal but the first MRI shows everything is NOT normal. I plan on filing a complaint with the medical board as I feel this provider does not even care about providing accurate information for patients and their ordering providers. I also can't justify paying for a service when it hasn't been fully provided. read more

Told to come to Coolidge office. Voice mail gave me address. Went there, signed in. Waited 20 minutes only to be told that I came to the wrong address and hurry along to the correct office. I told the receptionist that I was only going where I was told to go and that I needed to get an address. After sighing she gave me a piece of paper with the address. I had to have a Pet Scan. When I arrived into the building it was very quiet, clean, very updated. The front desk person who helped me was so friendly very helpful efficient. I didn't have to wait long, and when it was my turn to go in I was greeted by the tech who's name was Fred he helped me through the whole process he was very kind, so very helpful, very professional made me feel very calm and relax for my scan. The staff so friendly and the building is so very nice and clean and updated. I have several more appointments coming up and look forward to going and receiving the upmost care again by the staff in this lovely building. I recommend this imagine facility highly. I always use this place for my xrays. Xrays are walk ins only no appointments but it was reasonable wait time and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. Called in on another phone & got right through so they forgot me on hold! Asked how to get my results and they said I had to have a portal pass, I said how do I get that she said you have to get it when you come in. I'm new, no one told me that so you can't give to me over the phone? No, you have to come in. I'm over a 35 minute drive away so I should drive over 70 minutes with a bad spine to get this information that is my information. This is just wrong! Also, when I came to get the MRI they had me come in 30 minutes early & I sat there for 45 minutes before taken in. I was set out in the hallway and she told me to take my sweatshirt off. I'm sitting in the hallway for over 10 minutes with only my tank top on and freezing. So I went back to the locker and put it back on to find out from tech, I didn't need it removed, what the heck?! This is an establishment that does not provide the upmost care. I was scheduled for a STAT ultrasound to see what is going on with my child, they were supposed to call to schedule an appointment. They did not. I called them myself to set my own appointment, still no answer, they have the worst customer service ever so bad to the point where you can't call in for your own appointment. Melanie Gikas was my tech. Who instead of giving me a gown. Told me it was fine to have the bone density test in jeans with a zipper and metal buttons. The second time I ask are you sure. She says let me go ask my boss. Comes back and says it fine. She zips and unzips my pants. Took three to five scans. Just kept saying it's fine. I check on line. IT'S ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY!!! They had me get to my appointment at 6:30 for a 7 am appointment. one lady at the front desk and 12 in the waiting room. hire more people to check in if one lady can't handle the amount of patients she was rude, when I asked her why she was checking people that came after me she said she was doing all the 7 an appointments first. Which I am a 7 am appointment for a 630 check in. If I hadn't complained they would have continued to call people beyond my name on the sign in sheet. It is 7:10 and they just checked me in. This place is a joke. Every time I call there is a minimum of 15-20 minutes of hold time before getting an actual human on the phone. They send texts telling you to call to schedule and sometimes will auto dial you but place you on that 15-20 minute hold before you get to a live person. Then they give conflicting information. First time I spoke to them I informed them I did not believe there was an authorization approval yet because I logged into my workers comp account and there was no trace of it. They said to call back when I had it. Ok then why did you guys call and text me telling me to call and schedule? Last week I was informed by my referring physician it was approved. I called this place to schedule, waited the 20 minutes on hold only for them to tell me they have it approved through my private healthcare insurance. I told them that is impossible my private insurance has nothing to do with it, it was a work-related injury. Then they said if it's workers comp the referring physician has to submit the authorization. Duh! They did. So anyway fast forward to today when I received an actual copy of the authorization I called and was on hold for 18 minutes and 51 seconds. The lady seemed very confused and was slooooooooow as in she seemed distracted and was not able to multitask when asking me for my PII to verify my identity. She seemed very distracted. First she said they had the authorization. I told her I wanted to confirm it was workers comp and not private insurance. She verifies it is in fact workers comp. Then places me on hold for 5 minutes. Comes back and says no we don't have it. The referring physician has to send it over. WTFFFFF ... I told her ok fine but I have a copy too and can bring it in or email it. She then says only Katie can schedule workers comp cases and Katie is out for the rest of the week and "should" be back on Monday. Seriously? It's an MRI scheduling appointment not a freakin open heart surgery procedure. Why is Katie the only one who can schedule? What if Katie quits, dies, or never comes back? No one else in that entire place knows how to schedule an MRI for a workers comp patient? Seems pretty lame to me. This place is disorganized, unhelpful, and incompetent. I'm looking at trying to have the authorization changed to somewhere with a little more knowledge, competence, and better customer service. read more

This place is negligent and an absolute joke. My FIL is ill and without going into specifics, tracking down accurate doctor info with him is a challenge. Took him here 2 weeks ago. He is not in good shape, called explained for 10 mins situation in full. Scheduling only says, "I'm trying to understand how you have all this info but not the Dr name". Are you kidding me? That's all you're hearing. Cool, awesome. I realized I was able to get it from Walmart where I fill all his scripts. Called back to speak to clinic manager to let her know of the uncaring scheduling woman I spoke with. The manager was just as belligerent. She tried to tell me what I needed to do to get it which I informed her I already did. Told her I was calling back to let her know the negligent behavior of her staff. They didn't even let her know the first time I called, only the 2nd which I was complaining, of course to save face. After she told me I didn't need to tell her how to do her job, when I pointed out her staff only let her know of my 2nd call that was a complaint and not the first when I expressed great concern over his well being(not dire but I needed to speak to his doctor) I told her again, I was calling to inform her about the poor practices of her front desk(Jess) that clearly come from her back desk as well and wished her a good day. My daughter had just had hip replacement surgery & we were sent here for an x-ray. When we got there, we were third to check in for x-ray. We had been waiting for over an hour. Then there was a large group of people who had come in creating a crowded room. Then a women came out from back & rudely told everyone who is not a patient leave. First, I could not leave my daughter as she could not get up from her chair without assistance. Second, it was pouring down rain. They had taken several people who were there after us & my daughter was getting uncomfortable sitting for so long so I went up to the front to ask if they knew how much longer it was going to be. (Very nicely I may add, knowing they were busy & there was a mix up with our paperwork) I was told it was going was going to be quite a while by a very nice young lady..who said there were quite a few people in front of us (although that should not have been the case since everyone in front of us when we arrived had been helped). Knowing that my daughter could not wait as long as they anticipated. I asked if I can get our referral back & we would make other arrangements. Then the rude lady started to berate me in front of all the other patients saying "just give her the paperwork, we don't need people like her here" I was not rude to to this point but this infuriated me. There was no need for this response. The women was extremely rude to me as well as the rest of the people in their waiting room. I will NEVER go here again & I will tell anyone who will listen not to go here unless they want to be treated very badly. I am also going to file a complaint with my daughters insurance company as they need to know how their customers are treated at the facilities they are being referred. read more

I visited Modesto Advanced Imaging for two unrelated diagnostic scans--an ultrasound and an x-ray. I expected to be here about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. One hour later, I am in my car writing this review.
