My family and I were extremely disappointed with this business. Our pictures were terrible, even though we went twice. This was for our fourth child so we know the difference between good and bad sonogram pics. In addition, the technician was very rude, to the extent of just sitting there silently ignoring our question when we were asking if there was anything she could do to get the baby to uncover his face. She was very impatient and seemed rushed. I actually complained to the owner. She defended her technicians bad behavior and pictures! Instead of offering us something reasonable, she said we could come in again for another session at a discount. She didn't feel it would be fair to give us another session because we were already given pics, even though the pics we were given were bad! I would never patronize this business again. read more

I absolutely LOVED my visit. I think this place is great, and if you ask me the prices are DIRT CHEAP. My husband and I got a gender package for $65 that included: a 5+ minute session with dvd, 6 pictures, and a stuffed animal with our baby's heart beat. They were able to let us know we were having a little boy the day I reached 16 weeks. The staff there is SO friendly and they make you feel like they really care, that you're not just some paying customer, ya know? A couple of my friends were running a few minutes behind and they were more than willing to wait for everyone to get there so I really appreciated that. The rooms are a nice size with several different TVs so everyone can see and they let you bring up to 15 people!! It is awesome. I will FOR SURE be going back, no doubt about it! I think this is a MUST experience for any pregnancy. It is just so special and this is the place to go! read more

Went for the 3D/4D quick peek package today. This is my second pregnancy. Chose them over the other local competitor this time because of the free DVD that came with the package we chose(for the same price, the other competitor offers images CD instead, but they don't charge sales tax). First of all, the lobby was beautiful, the staff was very friendly. The reason I rated them 3 stars is because a) the staff didn't turn the music on during the section, it was quite in the room, so the atmosphere was lacking. b) all 4 color pictures were printed out on a piece of paper and were very small(unlike the other competitor which print the color pics on 4*6 photo paper individually) c)the most disappointing thing was 3/4 of the time we were on 2d, and didn't see as much 3D/4D as we expected. Overall, it was an okay experience, at least we got to peek at our baby, but I think next time at around 30 weeks, we will be returning to other local competitor. read more

My entire experience was beyond amazing. The front staff were so welcoming and friendly, fit me in the very next day! When I got to my appointment they greeted me and my technician was ready for me. I'm a little disappointed my pictures didn't show as much as I would have liked (no fault of theirs). My little baby was being stubborn and would not wake up and kept his foot at his face the entire time! Despite the extra time, water, moving around.. nothing.... he just wasn't cooperating. Also, my husband was unable to attend so I might just schedule another appointment and pray for better luck. We just had our appt this last weekend! I'm so happy we decided to have the 3d done and that we chose womb with a view! The lobby was very cute with lots of merchandise to choose from. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my 10 guest! They had plenty of room to sit and enjoy our 20 min session. Unlike the other review that I read on here my pictures came out very clear! I'm pretty sure the clarity is up to the mom and your water intake at least the week before. I drank 10-12 glasses of water everyday for at least 10 days before to clear up the amnio fluid as much as possible. Our ultrasound tech was so sweet and explained everything going on. ( I believe her name was Lucy ) Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I went to a 3d ultrasound with a friend at peek a baby ( or something like that) and it didn't even come close to the service or thr great experience we received at WWAV! read more

I had an amazing experience at Womb's Window. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and checked in. The waiting area had a bunch of cute baby keepsakes (my favorite was the SF Giants baby wrap) and a wall full of 3D baby images showing the progression of weeks. I was meeting my parents and my partner's grandmother for the ultrasound. We opted for the gender reveal but we didn't want to be told what baby is (we're having a party for that later). Laurie (I hope that's right!) was our sonogram tech and she was training Kim. Both ladies were so sweet and calming. Something about Laurie's voice put me at ease. In the actual room where the sonogram was to be done there were a total of 4 large screens that family could see what was going on. My parents and baby's great grandma were really in awe of the whole process. Of course, my little baby was being shy and stubborn and wouldn't show off his or her face so Laurie to extra care and patience trying to coax baby into moving about. The time she spent with us was absolutely going above and beyond! When we picked a plan I noticed it was about a 15 minute experience, however, Laurie took her time to make sure we could fully see and enjoy looking at our precious baby. She even called in Cathy (I'm horrible with names, forgive me if I'm wrong!) to come in and give it a shot with her expertise. Both ladies were very conscious of not flashing us the goods on the baby so they would tell us to close our eyes if they were getting close. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even with baby being stubborn, I wouldn't change a thing. I left the appointment happy and eager to see at the party what we'll be having. I will most definitely be back to see our little guy or girl in the near future!! Thank you ladies for the wonderful memories!! I am one very pleased customer!! P.s. I drink a TON of water as it is so I was told my "fluids are beautiful!" Therefore, my ultrasound pics were crystal clear!! We have gone to this place twice already. Once at 16 weeks where we did a gender reveal ultrasound in black and white. And one at 23 weeks 3D, which I highly recommend. We got some awesome pictures both times! Staff is always so friendly to us whenever we are there. They even worked with my fiancé to help him propose to me the day of our gender reveal. It was really sweet and I'm so glad they played along and allowed practically my entire family in the room. This place will always hold a special place in my heart. My fiance and I came here a few weeks ago to find out gender of our baby. The girl who did the ultrasound was nice but did a horrible job. She kept moving too fast, picking it up and down, and not even giving us a real chance to look. She was having trouble finding the gender of the baby the entire time. She brought in another ultrasound tech and she was able to find the gender in about a minute. The pictures were horrible and the DVD was even worse. Only one song played on the DVD and there were about 3 2-5 minute blank times on the DVD. This place was a waste of $80. With my first child I went to peek a baby in San Jose and they did a fantastic job. Clear pictures, amazing DVD, and they were the sweetest. read more

This place is awesome. We found this place after our visit to our doctor in which we were told would be an ultrasound gender reveal appointment but to our disappointment we were just given another appointment for a different date. We headed here after our appointment ended and we are both very glad we did so. This location is so personal. It's not like going to a hospital or doctors office, the employees are very welcoming and nice. The actual room is very inviting and calm. You get tons more photos of your baby than the hospital gives. I love this place, I will definitely be going back for baby portraits. read more

This was the first time my husband was able to see our little guy and hear his heart beat due to Covid-19 and being unable to attend doctor's appointments with me. Womb's Window is our family's go to! My sister, sister in law, and myself have all been here. My sisters have been here for both their babies #1 & #2. My husband & I were in town visiting family from FL and since we won't see anymore of my husband's family during the pregnancy, we booked a Tiny Peek appointment via Facebook (super easy to do). I was texted reminders of our upcoming appointment, but so excited to see our nugget there was no way I'd forget! Alyssa was our sonographer and she was awesome! Very sweet and patient with my baby who seemed to be sleeping at first and then was non-stop jumping and moving making it hard to capture a recording of the heart breat. But, she was patient and waited for the baby to calm itself - which never really happens, ha! Loved loved loved wombs window! We came here with parents, grandmas and aunts at 15 weeks 1 day pregnant. They got great pictures & videos of our daughter. I reccomend adding a heartbeat animal and DVD on to your package. We were able to show grandpas and other family members who couldnt make it to the viewing her moving all around. At 15 weeks she yawned, played with her toes, sucked her thumb, rubbed her little face with her hands, played with her unbilicle cord and many other cute things you wouldn't expect to see so early. Can I just say AMAZING customer service!!! I went in for the Bows or Bow Ties package. Me being 17 weeks and still no clue of what I'm having, I was anxious to say the least. My tech took me back and we began the ultrasound. My little tot didnt want to cooperate and I was internally devastated, but because of the amazing customer service my tech told me to go walk around, and have something with sugar, and she would take me back after her next appointment. I was elated!!! When I was able to go back in my original tech had the other tech come in and they as a team were able to give me the best gift ever........ I'm having a girl!!! I just went here yesterday to find out the gender of my baby at exactly 15 weeks! My baby was giving us a hard time crossing his legs the whole time but the tech was very patient she tried a lot of things to get him to move, she ended up having me eat a donut from across the street( Mr.tees) and a coffee and then come back to see if that would get him to uncross his legs but he was still being stubborn but after about 1 hour in total he finally let us see the goods! I was getting scared because it was getting late I thought I would have to come back another day and being 1st baby I really wanted to know that same day and she assured us since the start would know the gender that day and we did! Everyone was kind and patient, and they are just excited for you as you are! You can have family also with you in the big rooms. Can't wait to go back to see my baby HD live when I'm farther along UPDATE: my first baby ended up being premature & passing away so I never made it to see him in HD but I'm pregnant again and since I'm high risk now I was iffy about goin since it's not for "medical use" but I convinced myself to go because I really wanted to know the gender and experience this again, I currently have a stitch in my cervix to help me carry to full term & I let the tech Tammy I believe her name was about my situation & to not press down to much or move my stomach around because the first time I went they did and since I have a stitch now I didn't want to irritate anything & she told me she would do her best to get the gender without bothering me but if not she would call the owner to do it but luckily she was able to find the gender without causing me any discomfort she was amazing & made me feel safe & this time it was a lot easier to find the gender. I got the picture perfect package & I'm glad I went with that one! Also let me mention how nice of them it was to record my baby who passed away heartbeat in a bear because I had a recording on my phone & they wore able to put it in a bear for me since I thought last time I would just get it when I went back at 30 weeks but never made it, this time I made sure I got this baby's heartbeat in a bear as well :) cant wait to hopefully be able to go back with Tammy! read more

Love this place, the staff is so nice! I came here with my first baby and had no luck getting him to turn over during the ultrasound so we weren't able to get a good view of him therefore, they rescheduled me for another day without even charging me extra which I thought was so nice of them to do!! I've had friends go to different place's where they just don't care if you get good ultrasound pics of your baby, but here they go above and beyond to make sure you get a good experience. Great experience to be able to see my baby in the womb. I drank pineapple juice beforehand and she was moving around like crazy. They were very helpful when we wanted to keep the gender a secret and they placed it in an envelope so I could give it to the baker. We went home with pictures and a stuffed bear with her heart beat.
