My little one was being stubborn and not letting us see what we needed but Carleigh never gave up and we eventually got the result! We never felt rushed at any point. I LOVED my experience here. Alyss was super great and took her time with our "Completely Sweet" ultrasound package. The appointment did not feel rushed and she made sure to get clear pictures, pointing out anything she saw like feet, fingers, hair, and more! 10 people were able to come in with me and the pictures were all emailed to me almost right after the appointment. I was 30 weeks when I went in and my baby was being "stubborn" with not wanting to move her hand! Alyss tried her best for a long while to get her to move by letting me drink some cold water and walk around, but I still loved the photos seeing baby's little fingers. Definitely recommend following their directions of drinking/eating something with sugar or caffeine to get baby moving. Baby is alllll cozy in the womb so even just a small amount helps! I will definitely be going back in the future and will recommend to anyone. read more

All 3 of my experiences at this place have been great! Staff has been professional, very kind, and the techs are super cool and friendly as if it isn't even your first time meeting them! I went at 14 weeks to find out my baby's gender, and again at 28 weeks for a 3D ultrasound but my baby was being stubborn and wouldn't show his face! Even though they were closing due to Covid, the owner still made an accommodation to bring me back the following Monday for a re-do and I ended up getting nice photos of my baby :-) Just one thing that has frustrated me is I ordered and paid for a 3D canvas photo of my baby and almost 8 weeks later still haven't received any call/email saying to come pick it up. I called them today and left a message but still haven't received a call back. My baby is due in 11 days and I would like to receive it before then to put up in his nursery! Hopefully someone can fix this issue for me. read more

Had great experiences here. Came in for 3D/4D ultrasound and was unable to see my little guy even after 3 sessions. The ladies at the front as well as the ultrasound technician did everything they could to get good shots of him but he had his umbilical cord over his face every time. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience. MASSAGE- Brandy was amazing!! Perfect pressure because I told her my back and shoulder were in rough shape. The room was so relaxing and clean. I came in at around 16 1/2 weeks for the bows or bowties package. The women here were very welcoming and kind. We had a stubborn little one but after some coaxing we got exactly what we came for and more! The pictures came out wonderful! This place is amazing!! My previous sonogram experience through Tate diagnostics was horrible!! The tech was rude and didn't play the heartbeat which is a huge milestone normally experienced at 12 weeks. However, Cynthia at Womb's Window more than made our experience. I went to Womb's Window at 18weeks to find out the gender. Cynthia was kind and wonderful. We spent plenty of time viewing our little one, listening to the heartbeat, and she explained various aspects of the experience which we appreciated...she even allowed us a little trinket, denied us previously, to remember the experience. Excellent service for our first and second pregnancy. First two visits were back in 2015 and they were very nice and efficient even back then. The quality of care and service we received this time though has been top notch despite the pandemic. Our baby girl kept hiding herself for the 3rd trimester scan. They let us come back three times so we can get the best views and shots. All of the staff were amazing! I forgot to ask for the other lady's name but the last two visits were with Faith. The sessions don't fee rushed either it's very personal and the girls are really good at getting a lot of amazing pictures. I went at 14 weeks to find out the gender then went back for my 24 week pictures and they both were great and I ended up getting the video copy of the session and it was worth it ! I got my first daughters 3D face scan here and for my second daughters gender blood test done ( which was accurate) and finally got my second daughters 3D scan ! Had appointment on Saturday to find out my twins' genders. They were extremely nice and attentive starting from my first phone call to schedule appt to checking in. The whole experience was awesome. Couple people in my group ran a 5 minutes late. They waited until everyone arrived to start the process. I cannot remember my technicians name but she was amazing. Her and a trainee helped me. I felt very comfortable with both of them. They were giggling and so sweet to all of us. She spent extra time since my girl was being a little lady and refused to show her gender for 20+ minutes. I am 17 weeks pregnant And found out I'm having 1 boy and 1 girl. Super excited. I'll definitely be back later in pregnancy for my 3D and HD sonogram. Thanks. read more

The main reason why I rated them so low is poor picture quality. We got to see our baby ok and tell the gender, but when they printed out the pics for us, they were on flimsy thin photo paper and the images were completely dark. We couldn't make out anything in them and it made me very sad and upset because I can never get those moments back in picture form. We don't plan on going back for the 3D pictures because I don't want a repeat of this and would actually like some pictures we can see and share with family and put into the baby book to treasure for life. Unfortunately we can't do that with the pictures they gave us. I'll see if I can post one of the pictures up we got for all to see. It will be obvious which one it is because you can't see anything! read more

Highly recommend this place to see your baby. I went in at 17 1/2 weeks to take a look at our baby girl. Absolutely amazing staff and very friendly , we couldn't tell the gender at the first appointment so they made appointment for a few days after. We absolutely could see that we were having a little girl. Her legs were open and she did what she had too. Very calming clean environment if you are wanting to see your baby. My husband hasn't been able to attend any of the ultrasounds for our first baby due to COVID, so we decided to make an appointment here so he could see our son. We are so happy we upgraded to the 3D ultrasound and got to see the details of his sweet little face and see that he makes the same grumpy "leave me alone I'm sleeping" face as his daddy! :P It was a great experience and the tech was so nice! I was able to get a stuffed frog(my favorite) with an audio playing my daughters heartbeat, how cool is that?! Although I came in very excited and anxious to see my little only she was sleeping and too comfortable. Olivia the ultrasound tech was so nice and accommodating. I was upset that I didn't get to see my baby girl. Olivia surprised me and said she would give me another free session to make sure I was satisfied and she would make sure I would get a good video and pics of her face.
