My husband, son, and I came here for the gender reveal of our baby at 15 weeks with a few family members. The entire experience was great from start to finish. They were very welcoming and patient. We did the basic package. The technician was fantastic. I wish I remembered her name. Once she knew the gender, she took our son out of the room and told him the gender so he could come in the room and announce it to us, his grandparents and some family on FaceTime. We did not do a 'party style' gender reveal, but did this instead. It was a very intimate moment and we were really happy we went with this company. We got a great set of sonograms, better than what we've been able to get at the hospital. We also splurged on a stuffed animal with the heartbeat put inside of it. Literally the sweetest and best people ever! My baby was being very stubborn and wouldn't cooperate. She would hid herself behind her hands. Not only did they allow me to come back once but three times until I was able to get decent pictures. The employees and owner are awesome. My son and his girlfriend was losing their baby due to the survival chance and other issues. Due to COVID-19 my son was not able to go with his GF to the doctors visit when the sonogram was done. He was not able to see the baby nor hear the heart beat. I definitely do not write reviews but this was an experience worth sharing. Carla is an extremely experienced ultra sound technician, I felt very comfortable that I spent $118 on the precious memories package when I left. At first I was worried everything would be rushed because that's what they did at peek a baby & their equipment & quality of pictures were no where near as good as Womb's Window. If you're deciding between the two, choose Womb's Window their quality for everything is better especially their staff. Their front desk staff are as sweet as can be, Carla is even more sweet. She takes her time, a 15 minute session turned into about 35-40. She keeps you informed about everything that's going on & truly has a way with mothers and baby's. I had such a good experience at Womb's Window! I came for my first time during my 34 weeks of pregnancy to get an ultrasound in HD of my baby and we had a hard time getting a good picture because my baby kept sucking on her arm, well they brought me back two more times to try again for free! Even though we were still not successful on getting good pictures because of my stubborn baby sucking her arm every time i am very content and very grateful with how much they tried to get me perfect pictures. I came in at 15 weeks to reveal the gender with my boyfriend and we had such a great experience. Such a calm, relaxing place with great people, I can't remember who I saw but they are all really friendly and patient. My little one had his legs closed and wasn't showing his parts but she was patient and after a while was able to see it's a boy!! I am now 28 weeks and have had 5 other ultrasound appointments with my doctor to monitor the baby and I ask for the gender every time and she says "yep it's still a boy! We had such an amazing experience yesterday at our 3D Ultrasound! My husband and I both really wanted to do this since I guess when you have a healthy pregnancy ultrasounds like aren't a regular thing with your doctor (We have Keiser)??! So we hadn't seen our baby boy since week 20, and I'm at 34 right now! I would say regardless of your situation, this is SO worth it! We worked with Carla, and she was beyond accommodating. She made the whole experience so enjoyable! We waited a few minutes after our appointment time to get in, (which really wasn't even bad at all) and because of that, she gave us extra prints, and spent so much time with us! Our baby couldn't keep his hand out of his face, and she spent so much time trying to move him and get shots with out it (I love them all even with his little hand!). We only paid for a 15 minute session (the $80 package) and she must have spent a good 30 minutes with us trying to get the best shots and just letting us all enjoy the experience. Even afterwards, we wanted to get a little "heart beat buddy" for one of our family members, and Carla immediately took me back again to make sure we got a good heart beat recording! (She spent so much time trying to get good pictures and everything she wasn't sure if she had recorded enough of his heartbeat) That was just so nice and totally not something she had to do at all. Today I did a 3d session with Olivia to see my little girl. She was great! I went to wombs window for my first pregnancy with my son, Major and was beyond satisfied. They got my son's gender correct and his facial shots were spot on. So back to today's visit. It was my 2nd try seeing my daughters face due to the fact that she is obsessed with her hands and didn't want to move them from her face. Olivia was very patient and tried everything today to get her to move so we can have a clear face shot. Although my daughter wasn't having it again Olivia invited me back for a 3rd redo but I was fine with what we already had :) The point of telling you all of this is the fact that every employee that I have been in contact with at Wombs Window has been nothing but great to me and my family. they do amazing work. I came here for my gender reveal and had a very good experience. I was hoping to get a few good pictures of my little guy at 32 weeks, but it seems that he was in a bad position the whole session. I couldn't really see the pictures that well on the monitor from laying down on my back but the tech asked me if I wanted to keep them or come back another time. I assumed we got at least one good picture but when I got to my car all of the pictures were pretty bad. I can't even see his eyes in any of them and half of his face is covered by either a hand or the placenta. I am kind of disappointed as I paid for the higher priced package and I feel like I can't really see my little guy in any of them. read more

Our little girl was not cooperating (36 weeks pregnant) during our session. Carla, who was our tech took a little extra time with us in attempts to get some good shots. I have had all my appointments with my gynecologist and ultrasounds by myself without my mom or my spouse with me. It's been heartbreaking that I can't share my joy with my family but thanks to Wombs Window, I was able to get videos, many pictures, and a recording of my baby's heartbeat. I went in a few weeks ago, it was over an hour drive because there are no places closer to me that offer these services. My appointment was only suppose to be 20 mins or so but my baby was being very stubborn with her hands over her face. Not to mention I also have anterior placenta which made it extremely difficult for the ultrasound technician to get any photos of baby. The woman was so patient and understanding and tried everything to get baby to become more visible. She had me get up quite a few times to drink water, try some stretches/exercises to get baby to move. Finally we got baby to move her hands and got some cute photos of her. We were there over an hour and thank goodness she didn't just give up and say too bad try again next time. I would've been so disappointed but I was grateful that she made sure we left there satisfied with our experience. We got a heartbeat bear and a cute baby outfit. I wish baby was more cooperative and moved around more for the video but overall I have to say I got what I wanted thanks to the amazing staff. I highly recommend! read more

My husband and I decided to find out the sex of our baby right at 15 weeks, since we were too impatient to wait for my 20 week ultrasound with my actual doctor. The technician at Womb's Window knew the sex of our baby right away! Our baby was in an odd position at first that made it hard to see, but our tech was very patient and was able to get him moving. We were able to see our little guy playing around very clearly! The pictures we brought home were also nice and clear. Our first experience here was AMAZING! Warming, Inviting, very informational and they were so accommodating to us around scheduling, since my husband works 6 days a week and is on call for Saturday's. They confidently told us the gender of our baby! He's a BOY! I had a second appointment and on March 2nd at 3:30 However I called back to reschedule my appointment on Saturday for a little later time. Just looking to push it to 4, or 4:30. However, Desnia, the girl taking calls - was extremely rude! When I called I explained I had an appointment the following day, if I could push it out just an hour at the max that way we wouldn't be late and effect others with appointments. She immediately, without any hesitation said were completely filled. I was so beside my self. I didn't even get a "let me take a look", or a "double check", NOTHING! I couldn't believe this such sweet, an kind place has someone like that working for them... I'm absolutely shocked, especially because the owner who did my first ultrasound was the complete opposite! Second time during this pregnancy that I went in. First time I was happy with how staff treated my husband and I. She took her time doing the ultrasound and was able to capture great pictures. HOWEVER this last time I went in I was taken into the ultrasound room late. My baby was not letting the girl get good pictures, I felt the whole thing to get us out and didn't even try enough to get good pictures. I just received my digital pictures via email and about 50% of pictures in 2d look the same. Lastly, the girl kept jabbing the ultrasound probe into me, I had mentioned to her it was hurting, apologized but still kept doing it. I will not be coming back! I was left very unhappy I paid over $100 to have the same pictures repeated, left sore from the probe and rushed. read more
