They are the rudest, most condescending dental office I have ever visited. They try their hardest to separate parents from the children so that parents don't know what's going on during appointments. If you ask questions they make you feel stupid and talk down to you. They tell you that you have to use their "lingo" in the office and now make you sign a paper agreeing to it! For example, If you say "pulled" tooth or ask questions about the procedure their eyes get big and they get visibly angry. On one of our visits the dentist finished the exam and then casually said, "we're going to send that tooth to the tooth fairy." I was a bit taken back and said, "I'm sorry, does that mean you think you need to pull this tooth?" And he snapped at me and said, "what do you THINK that means?!" I have never, ever been treated like this by a dentist before and after 2.5 years of dealing with interactions like this by their entire staff, we've had enough and don't trust any of their recommendations. Definitely go elsewhere!

I was told at the end of May that a refund check would be sent to me. I had a filling done back in May and I paid the amount they estimated I would owe. Got the bill from the insurance and I should have only paid half the amount that was estimated. No big deal. I called and was told my card would be refunded or a check would be sent. Two months later- Nothing! The sad part is this is not the first time this has happened. Back in 2016 I had to have a filling and the same thing happened. Same amount of money stolen from me because they claimed the insurance would not pay as much as they actually did. They even went after my dad for money for my account. I have dental insurance and my cleanings are fully covered. My dad was told I had an outstanding balance. First, I am a grown adult. They should not be telling my dad anything. Second, I never received a bill in the mail and they have never charged me for dental cleanings in the 5 years I have had my own insurance. I am going to call tomorrow and give them another chance to make this right. As of now they have overcharged me about $130 over the past 2 years and I am not happy about it.

I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. Another great quality is that they are very open and upfront about costs and what your insurance (or dental discount plan) will and will not cover. That takes a huge stress off trying to manage the health and finances of your family. They are very kid friendly, but also very professional. It's been 5 years now and even with all the cavities my kids have had they do not fear the dentist. From the receptionists to the dentists everyone is kind and friendly. I also love that they've never once scolded my kids for being a kid. They will ask them to stop misbehaving if I'm concentrating on the billing or speaking with the dentist, but it's never said as a way to shame the child or the parent and to me this kind of positive influence from professionals is essential.
