This has to do with an experience I had back in June 2017…read more I went to buy my dream car from these folks and flew in from NYC. I took an uber from the airport and drove the car and loved it. They helped take me to the bank to get the check and I gave them my deposit as soon as we returned back to the dealership and I was off driving my car back home. Unfortunately, the car "broke down" on the highway and I took it back to the dealership clearly upset about what had transpired and decided to leave the car since I didn't want to deal with paying for any repairs. The owner of the dealership was completely understanding and apologized profusely for my experience and worked with me and the bank expeditiously to refund my deposit to the bank. She was even gracious enough to reimburse me for all of my expenses for traveling to AND from there. I was absolutely blown away. Although I didn't get the car of my dreams, the customer service and honesty here is EXEMPLARY and I hope to do business with them in the future.

Additionally, the car lot is dirty and crowded with no semblance of organization throughout the lot. Neither of the sales attendants were professional in the slightest. What an utter waste of my time and money.

He helped me by going above and beyond. He had an answer to every question asked. He had my car serviced and ready to drive by the next day and not because he had to but because he knew how important having the car the next day was to me! SO Karl and Mario both stayed late to finish, which they did not have to but they are the best. I also want to give a huge shout out to the main man Mario beyond his years of automotive experience and knowledge in general, you can see his passion for his company, employes and coustomers of course. He is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. This throws you off once you find out he owns the establishment because he looks so young. Looks can decive you though, hes if not the first than hes the second most knowledgeable automotive guy i know and i know alot of people in the industry. Mario is slso such a nice guy ya feel like he's one of the rest of his crew. I wouldnt take my car new or old to any other shop but LINDEN AUTOMOTIVE auto shop and quality used cars to get it fixed! They have great service, very knowledgeable staff. No pressure they tell you whats what and go above and beyond to get you driving in your new car ASAP. Thank you Karl and Mario. My new car is great. The staff they are all very good experienced mechanics and have a autobody in same location. Right in linden SQ. in Malden. This is the worse place in the world the owner has a horrible human being I got my car inspected it…read moredid not pass inspection I got everything that he requested me to fix fixed he made me come back three times every time I come back you told me the machine is down and finally the third time that I came and lady was leaving before me and her had a conversation and she was there also three times and she had the same feelings I also made her come back three times and today the guy was sitting in his car eating and when we asked one of the employees who is going to give us our inspection he pointed out side and said the guy is outside so when we asked how long he's going to be he said I don't know the lady was waiting there for 20 minutes before I got there so I know how rude he is I asked if she can ask him how long he is going to be since she's a lady and he was so rude to her that she came back scared from him she was whispering to me how rude he was to her and disrespectful he walked back in a few minutes later yelling at his employee tell him why would you send them outside to me don't you know that I'm eating so when he came back he told a lady and it's going to be an hour wait.
