I drove it for a few minutes and I couldn't put it into gear. I checked the clutch master cylinder to see if they bled the system--it looks the same. (I used to be a mechanic so I know what to check.) I brought it back to them and they told me that I burned the new clutch. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A CLUTCH REPLACEMENT WHICH THEY NEVER DID TO BEGIN WITH. I pointed at the clutch master cylinder bleed valve and showed them that it's rusted, which means nobody even touched it. After I exposed them, they gave me a new clutch that I paid for. NICE TRY!

This has to do with an experience I had back in June 2017…read more I went to buy my dream car from these folks and flew in from NYC. I took an uber from the airport and drove the car and loved it. They helped take me to the bank to get the check and I gave them my deposit as soon as we returned back to the dealership and I was off driving my car back home. Unfortunately, the car "broke down" on the highway and I took it back to the dealership clearly upset about what had transpired and decided to leave the car since I didn't want to deal with paying for any repairs. The owner of the dealership was completely understanding and apologized profusely for my experience and worked with me and the bank expeditiously to refund my deposit to the bank. She was even gracious enough to reimburse me for all of my expenses for traveling to AND from there. I was absolutely blown away. Although I didn't get the car of my dreams, the customer service and honesty here is EXEMPLARY and I hope to do business with them in the future.

He helped me by going above and beyond. He had an answer to every question asked. He had my car serviced and ready to drive by the next day and not because he had to but because he knew how important having the car the next day was to me! SO Karl and Mario both stayed late to finish, which they did not have to but they are the best. I also want to give a huge shout out to the main man Mario beyond his years of automotive experience and knowledge in general, you can see his passion for his company, employes and coustomers of course. He is very professional and has excellent customer service skills. This throws you off once you find out he owns the establishment because he looks so young. Looks can decive you though, hes if not the first than hes the second most knowledgeable automotive guy i know and i know alot of people in the industry. Mario is slso such a nice guy ya feel like he's one of the rest of his crew. I wouldnt take my car new or old to any other shop but LINDEN AUTOMOTIVE auto shop and quality used cars to get it fixed! At the time of purchase on March 20, I was told--and it was put in writing--that several issues…read morewould be addressed prior to delivery, including the tires and warning lights. I picked up the vehicle on April 1. On April 6th, an independent mechanic found several issues that had not been addressed, including concerns with the O2 sensors, exhaust system, error codes, and worn tires. That evening while driving on the highway with my kids in the car multiple warning lights came on and the car began shaking while driving. We had to arrange towing back to the dealership at our own expense. While they did perform some repairs (including replacing the O2 sensors (these are brand new!), a follow-up inspection still showed that the exhaust will likely need replacement, the radiator was not actually new, and the Run-Flat tires had been repaired rather than replaced. Overall, the vehicle was not delivered in the condition promised, and we spent significant time arranging transportation and following up. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Based on this experience, I would proceed with caution.

I worked with Alex and Caden, and unfortunately they were the most unresponsive and unreliable dealers I've ever dealt with. There was little to no communication during the sale, and they completely dropped the ball on arranging delivery. I live in New York and was purchasing a vehicle from Massachusetts. I was told the car would be delivered, but three weeks went by with no updates or responses despite multiple attempts to reach them. Buyers beware. I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. Save your money and go to a legitimate, brand-name dealership (Jeep, Honda, etc.) that values professionalism and customer service. Wish i could give 0 stars but unfortanetely that is not an option and 1 star had to be given. This review is in reference to a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee limited.
