After realizing the issues, I called back to verify the birthday card information and was told I would need to speak with the owner, who later returned my call. The owner offered only a $7.99 refund and provided no meaningful explanation beyond saying they "don't charge a surcharge," while also acknowledging that prices increase for demand and same-day delivery. The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail. This was probably one of the biggest chunks of our budget, but you definitely get what you pay for!
