Bridesmaids stayed at a hotel the night before our wedding and put the boutonnières and bouquets in the fridge to keep them fresh. Unfortunately the brides bouquet was forgotten in there, which ended up ruining one side of it. Upon many attempts to try to salvage what was left of the bouquet to no avail. The only option was to conceal the bad side of the bouquet and hope that the dead (yellowish in color) white roses would not be seen in any of the photos. We literally had less than an hour until pictures we about to start. I called Amy and explained my situation. Without any hesitation she had sent Brittany out with the remaining white roses they had in stock. Brittany was able to perform a miracle within less than 30 minutes. The bouquet turned out beautiful and thankfully we were able to proceed without skipping a beat. There's not enough words to describe how Amy and Brittany went above and beyond to help save a brides day for a first time customer. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had to repeat myself multiple times and spell out nearly every word for the representative taking my order, yet the birthday card still had our names spelled incorrectly. After realizing the issues, I called back to verify the birthday card information and was told I would need to speak with the owner, who later returned my call. The owner offered only a $7.99 refund and provided no meaningful explanation beyond saying they "don't charge a surcharge," while also acknowledging that prices increase for demand and same-day delivery. Regardless of terminology, charging more for same-day service without clearly disclosing it in advertised pricing is misleading and creates the impression of false advertising. The flowers had sucked up all the water overnight. I called and explained I have received flowers many times from them and the container was too small causing them to not be able to have enough water for even one night. Of course I put water in them as soon as I saw them the next day. Kevin was so gracious to arrange his schedule to fit my husband and I into a time slot for the only weekend that we would be in town before our big day. He was very professional and paid close attention to detail (exactly what a bride would want!). We met with Kevin again about 2 months before our big day, primarily because I could not remember what we had planned out for the actual ceremony and reception. He sat with us and drew everything out, even providing examples of what the flowers would look like. On our actual wedding day, everything turned out amazing! The floral wedding arbor was the first thing I noticed when we drove up to the venue. All of the bouquets and boutonnieres were impeccable. The table arrangements were magnificent! Kevin gave great advice on the high and low arrangements to make the room flow and added tea lights and votives around the arrangements as a nice added touch. Off Broadway also provided the flowers for our cake. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, service, quality of the flowers and attention to detail.
