My delivery was supposed to be delivered before 6 yesterday. I got a call at 7 that they couldn't locate the house on their GPS. It is a normal residential address that has existed for 17 years. It arrived late. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the photo of the product online. I also selected the premium arrangement to ensure the most blooms possible, but it had far less than the photo. It had no red carnations at all. It also had an added pom pom, which wasn't in the photo. The vase was different. It was so small. It made me feel sad that the family thought I'd order something like that. I was a little embarrassed.

The arrangement he ordered looked completely different than what arrived at my work. This arrangement included greenery, roses, lilies and something else (it was a cute flower...but I have no clue what it was). The roses had wilted outer petals, the lilies had most of the petals broken and the pink other flower had brown wilted edges. I know they were not cheep, so it is more of a disappointment.
