This is the BEST company. We did an outdoor movie night for my daughter's birthday. We did the deluxe package with love seats, snack tables, pillows, blankets and poufs. Trisha and Nurfer (the two women known the company) came with a team to set up. They made it look stunning and set up the projector and screen, even showed my husband how to disassemble and reassemble the projector because it was hot out. Everything worked perfectly. We also got the popcorn machine, the kids loved it. They came the following morning to take everything back. THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY. So kind, so efficient. I wanted something that would be covid safe for my daughter's birthday. That way when she eats with her friends and masks are off they would be still 6 feet apart. Of course instagram gave me lots of ideas and after a quick google search found Trish's Wondertents and their website. Pros: 1. Trish was so easy contact, very professional and friendly 2. Payment was easy with Venmo 3. Trish easily accommodated when I needed an extra tent and easily changed the date since it was raining on the day of the party 3. They gifted my daughter the cutest teddy bear. Downsides (really not cons to me as they are minor) 1. The rental of the tents are made to be overnight (sleepovers) so given it was a day party we really only needed it for a few hours honestly just 2 hrs as 7 year olds want to get up and play at the playground and I still paid full price-its pricy. yes but for me worth it . LOOK AT MY DAUGHTERS FACE and the customer service was impeccable. 2. The company comes fr LA. Due to traffic , the two people who came to set up were late and were setting up as our guests were already there. Honestly Im pretty easy going and didnt mind this too much as it was quick to do. And the girls loved watching them. They were so kind to the girls and placed balloons on the tents. Yes I wish they were on time but I get it they drove 75 miles to get to us. Overall , Im a happy customer. Pics are insta worthy! My daughter was so happy. Girls safely spaced when they couldnt wear a mask. Happy Mama! AVOID. We had WonderTent Parties set up a party for our daughter's birthday. We rented a tent, chairs, and equipment an outdoor movie. First of all, not cheap. But ok, it was easy. They came and set up on time. Everything looked good. Things were fine until the kids wanted to watch a movie. Nothing worked. First, the kids tried per instructions. Then my wife tried. Finally, I tried with a computer, a dvd player, and an iphone. I could get sound but no video. Then I got video but no sound. I don't know what the issue was, but the system was never operable. So the kids came into the house and watched a movie. That was not idea, but it worked. When the WonderTent people came the next day to break down the tent and take everything away, I pointed out that the audio/video system was inoperable. It was after that things started to change. The WonderTent representative began claiming a drink had been spilled in the tent that had apparently soiled one of the sleeping bags and a pad. The representative showed me the purported damage and then told me I would need to sign some kind of acknowledgement of the damage. It did look like someone had spilled some amount of a drink in the tent, but it also looked like some laundry and a little cleaning could address the situation without much further effort. You provide things for parties and camp outs with the expectation they will be used. A small drink spill did not seem like a major issue, but the WonderTent representative made it seem like we had lit something on fire. After seeking what the representative showed me, I then went looking for the rest of the blankets WonderTent had provided. Then the representative knocked on my door. She wanted to show me what she claimed was further "damage." She took me into the tent again and showed me the tiniest mark on the side of the tent. It was frankly hard to discern. I was dumbfounded. After the representative told me i was responsible for this tiny mark, i told her this was ridiculous and I would not sign any waiver. I told her to finish packing and let us know what else needs to be sorted out going forward. And I walked away, letting the WonderTent people collect the rest of their materials. I then found one missing blanked inside my house and returned it to the lady in charge. A couple of the other representatives told me to have a nice day, and I said the same thing to them. The team left. A month later, we had not heard from anyone at WonderTent. My wife then emailed, and this was the response she got: ***** This is ___________, owner of WonderTent Parties. We didn't follow up sooner because our last interaction with a gentleman on the property was quite challenging. Our team was told to leave your property and never contact your family again after they pointed out some damages/stains to our Glamping Tent. The individual refused to sign the "damages" form shown to him and was verbally offensive to members of our team. I am more than happy to discuss the interaction, the damages and the issues with the movie night. Please let me know a good date and time to contact you. Please note that I am at an event all day Friday & Saturday and as Monday is a federal Holiday I will be back in the office on Tuesday - I can be available on Sunday at your convenience. We paid a lot of money for a system that simply did not work. 2. If it is verbally offensive to tell someone that their contention about damages to an item you've rented to actually use is ridiculous, ok. However, other than strongly disagreeing with the WonderTent representative's contention, I was not offensive. This is utterly false and misleading. 3. I was never shown and asked to sign a damages form. I was told I would be asked to sign one. After they showed me what they claimed was damage to the tent, I told them I would not sign a form and I walked away. I don't know what they claimed on the form. At the time I walked away, they were still looking for additional items to add to the form. So, in sum, my experience with WonderTent was terrible. I would not use them. It was very expensive. The equipment did not work. They tried to nickel and dime me upon retrieval of their gear. They failed to reach out and mayke any attempt to make up for the faulty equipment we rented. They then concocted a false narrative, which they provided to my wife (their contact) attempting to blame me for what happened. read more

Day of the party they were the first ones there to set everything up, and even helped set up and clean up things that weren't part of their job. WonderTent Parties are exceptional. I threw a Beautiful Bridal Shower for my daughter and her bridesmaids and friends in my backyard. Brian a friendly nice looking young man and another nice gentleman from WonderTent came out early the day of the event to set up the tent. He was very professional, he answers all my questions and explained everything. They did an Amazing job! The tent was pretty, spacious and clean. The furniture inside was super cute and clean too. The ladies loved it and it made a lovely back drop behind table. Please see my pictures. After cocktails and brunch the ladies gathered inside the tent to laugh and talk. The next afternoon Brian returned with another gentlemen to take down and remove the tent. They were fast, efficient and neat. The whole process was super easy from booking, paying and set up. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved it. I would use them again. I wish my backyard was bigger to get some of the more 'adult' / bigger tent type themes that Trish has available, those look so fun. I used WonderTent Parties to host an intimate 15-person bridal shower in my backyard this past weekend. They were fabulous from start to finish! My point person, Kim, helped me navigate their offerings to choose what worked best for my party. I opted for two tables of their "outdoor dining experience" which came with low-profile tables, rugs, cushions, tableware, glassware and florals. I also added on some extra place settings, sun umbrellas, and a table for serving food. It transformed my backyard into an elegant, bohemian outdoor lounge that thrilled all the guests, especially the bride. Delivery and pickup people were communicative, professional, and personable. Juliana, Paul and Robin, who delivered the furniture, took time to make sure everything was set up to my liking, and Jonny and Freddy, who picked up the next day, were prompt and efficient. Best part was not having to do any cleanup since during setup, they said I could just leave all the (emptied) plates and glasses out for them to pick up the next day. When I had one minor concern, Trish, the owner, reached out to me to make sure all my expectations were met, so I can tell they're really invested in making sure your event is successful.
