The issue was that my daughter-in-law's bag was inspected at the entrance, she complied with staff instructions and discarded the snacks, yet she was confronted and searched AGAIN at Auditorium 11 during the 8:00 PM Michael Jackson showing. This repeated confrontation frightened my young granddaughters and was completely unnecessary. What is even more disappointing is that Regal's response focused only on explaining their policies while ignoring the actual concern: the excessive treatment and the distress caused to a family with children. There is a difference between enforcing policies and treating customers without empathy or professionalism.
