The top tier stacks three separate surge protection packages on the same quote and includes a "Factory Panel Refresh," which isn't a standard electrical service. Smoke detectors, USB outlets, and bubble covers (all inexpensive parts) are bundled in at premium pricing. Even the bottom "Economy" tier of $852 to replace one breaker is double what it should cost. I paid $512 which is way overpriced. This isn't diagnosis, it's a sales script. Why did I pay? I didn't know. I also was not able to use my office until this bad breaker in my electrical panel was fixed and I work from home.
