Called Derek to Install3 car garage door .. sent his son who did a terrible job. did not use new hardware as promised. I called because there was bending after 1 month on the railings again son came out.. The garage door has windows and the struts were installed visibly blocking window again I called and was told by Derek that that was only option for installing ( which was lie) door finally came off track after 2 months. Derek said my husband probably did it... called home warranty company to replace garage door opener and upon inspection it was pointed out all of the errors of my garage door installation... the railings were not even , brackets on bottom where garage closes was not installed, rails were upside down.. where there should have been 4 screws only 2 was used to secure brackets at top... on the single door insulation there were no stuts installed at all!!... I had to hire another garage door company to correct what Calhouns didn't do ...when I called Derek he was very defensive and belligerent.. and blamed the other company of just trying to make money... accountability and professionalism are definitely out the door with this company!!!!! read more

Do not waste your time with this company. They did a terrible install and then when we called to have them come out to look at their terrible job they blamed us for it being broken. One of the doors is so bad that it is creased at the top and he wants us to pay him to fix it.... Unreal These doors were installed only 3 months ago. We have used this service years ago and had no issues with the owner coming out to fix our garage. This time we decided to call them back out when the garage went out completely. They sent out the son and another guy this time that did a horrible job putting in the new garage. We called to let them know about the terrible job with exposed wires and everything. The owner said he would come out himself on this past Saturday between 9am-12pm and never showed. I am highly disappointed after having to pay $450 for this. Beware!
