Very frustrating. I just bought a Truck from them. They told me they were going to charge me $2,500.00 for a warranty. They rushed through all the paperwork. They did not explain anything. I had unsummed there was nothing to talk about. Attached is the paperwork they handed me on the way out the door and told me I needed to put them in my glove box. The truck was listed for $48,000.00. They charged me for $51,695.00 for the truck. They hit me with two MBPI charges totaling $9,659.00. It looks like this is the extended warranty they sold me. That is $7,159 over what they told me they were going to charge me. They will not cancel or refund any service I did not want. On top of all that they also did not tell me they were not paying the sales taxes. That's about $3,800.00 that I do not have. They told me my sales taxes should be only $1,700.00. I have no idea where they came up with that number. Jesse the salesman promised me a steak dinner and even went as far as to get it in writing. They did not give me a stack dinner even though we had it in writing! I know that part of this is my fault for trusting these guys. I would avoid buying a car from these guys. read more

Do not buy a car here. We bought a car from here in fall 2021, the car has been in the shop more than we have had it. It is a constant battle to get them to honor the warranty they sold us. We later found out they eliminated the warranty since it does not reimburse the dealer appropriately. I have never had a car with so many issues or dealt with people who consistently give you the run around. If you want a Ford, stay away here. read more

Wow how about 0 stars I made an appointment a week ago needed my brakes replaced and rotors turned, I got a reminder email yesterday and went in today at 10:30 they kept my car til 2 called and said they didn't have parts. But could order them I asked I I needed rotors he didn't know because the whole time my car just sat there. When I picked it up it was in the same exact spot. I bought a car here and went there for all my repairs screw them there customer service is terrible. Buyer beware! THEIR FAILURES ALMOST COST US OUR LIVES!!! My family has purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Both with service contracts. This dealership does not honor the contracts. Both vehicles have had deficiencies due to lack of maintenance that was covered under the contracts. The service dept. failed to make safety inspections (even though they check it off on the form). Tires not rotated at recommended intervals, Brake fluid not checked and flushed as required. Motor oil not changed during service, Transmission fluid not checked. If you have a service contract and value your vehicle and the occupants of the your vehicle PLEASE TAKE IT IMMEDIATELY and have it inspected by an authorized service department that is not related to this dealership. We recently had a mishap due to brake failure. Our vehicle was sent to Wood to have an alignment performed. The vehicle came back with a pronounced pull to the left. We hit a patch of Ice on the roadway that instantly turned the vehicle to the right. We had the vehicle re-aligned at another shop then drove 1200 miles to Arizona with no problem. This is also being reported to the manufacture, the BBB, and the McDonald county sheriffs office. read more
