    Truly a Lifesaver - Above and Beyond Customer Service I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Wood Nissan of Lee's Summit. Broken down while driving through Missouri from Nashville trying to get to California I was completely stranded and alone far from home with my dog. It was such a stressful and scary situation until I met Jack. To be honest, I've never had good experiences with car dealerships or auto repair places in the past. As a woman who isn't super knowledgeable about cars, I've often felt spoken down to, overlooked, or taken advantage of when it came to basic services like oil changes or maintenance. However from the moment I arrived, Jack was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through everything that was wrong with my car, explaining it in a way I could understand and never once making me feel overwhelmed or dismissed. I was anxious and unsure of what to do, but he made me feel supported and safe through the whole process. Even more Jack went out of his way to offer me a ride to a nearby hotel, knowing I was stranded with my dog for two days while waiting on repairs. That level of kindness and compassion is rare. They worked quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road, and I truly felt like they cared about me as a person not just another customer. I can't imagine what I would've done if I had broken down anywhere else. Both I and my entire family are beyond grateful for the care and service I received. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Jack and the whole team at Wood Nissan you were truly a blessing during a very difficult time.

    One year later. These clowns never made this right. Never even tried. The deal was done. Turns out they never had the car and shuffled it over to another dealership to sell. The deal we had didn't mean anything to them. Loser business even bigger loser management. The dumbest conversation I ever had was with the manager. Said that is how he trains people. Didn't even understand that bate and switch is a bad business practice and changing prices after a deal is a great way to lose every time. Trying to make 1,000 they are losing way way more. I talked to the head moron. Clueless. Run from them. I buy an embarrassing amount of cars annually and this is the only dealership to get me to leave a review. This is the worst dealership in the country top to bottom. Classless. In my opinion and I have a ton of experience.

    If you are purchasing a car from this dealer make sure the prices and additional charges are FULLY explained. I didn't and it cost me $$$

    I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership's service department, primarily due to a…read moreserious safety concern and lack of support/communication. My vehicle had fumes/smoke entering the cabin, yet I was told it was still safe to drive. After researching, I learned this type of engine issue has been widely reported in Mazda vehicles and, in some cases, covered under extended warranties. Despite this, I was denied any goodwill assistance with no explanation. I also experienced nearly two weeks of poor communication, including unanswered calls/texts and significant delays in receiving a proper diagnostic breakdown. Due to needing a vehicle for work and family, I ultimately had no choice but to proceed with the repair, which totaled over $5,000, with nearly $3,000 paid out of pocket. To add to the experience, the vehicle was returned without even a basic wash after such a costly repair. Overall, this experience lacked transparency, communication, and customer care--especially given the safety concerns involved. I have documented all communication and would recommend others to proceed with caution when using this dealership.

Let me just say the after the sale customer service is non existent!! Here's an example of what I am talking about. Before buying I asked if the car could be detailed of course they said no problem, but when I went to get the car all it was, was washed. When I brought that to the salesman he told me that's all they do. The car had not seen a vacuum since it was new! One really big thing was when I looked at the car it was advertised as having Bluetooth I also as the salesman if it had Bluetooth and was told yes buy him. After buying the car I couldn't figure out how to use the Bluetooth so I went back to the salesman and he said he would get it up and running. He went out tried couldn't get it to work so he said he would talk to the service department and get back to me. I'm still waiting for that CALL!. What I found out was that it didn't have Bluetooth sounds like false advertising to me. All I can say is don't buy a car from Roberts Chevy and if you do beware.
