We arrived at the resort entry gate around 2pm 5/7/2026 and saw a sign that said call the front desk to be let in. We called and spoke with a young women named Kaley. I stated we are at the front gate and meeting our family whom was staying there. Kaley stated "someone is in the gate shack." and promptly hung up on me. I got out of my vehicle and walked up to the gate shack to find an older women employee asleep. I said hello excuse me, she snapped awake and said oh I didn't hear you drive up. I said I'm frustrated because I was just hung up on and now I find you asleep out here. She apologized and said it's off season and we're deathly slow. I called the office again and spoke with Kaley again and said we're meeting my family here. Kaley began to question me and stated you need to immediately pay $40 to enter to see your family. We met up with our family and went in to speak with a manager. They stated the managers not here so tough deal with it. We payed the demanded $40 cash for said wristbands, Kaley took the money and said " I can't give you a receipt." Very suspicious is she pocketing the money? ! We went on and visited our family. I then again was absolutely disappointed in the customer service at the bar pool area, we told the bartender what had occurred and she laughed and repeated it's off season and so slow I'm almost asleep too. Absolutely lack luster and sad and devoid of any real positive customer experience. Then the absolute horrific things started to transpire. Were watching 2 life guards hang out at the bar way to long, then go around and sweep debris and remove rain water off things completely oblivious to their actual life guarding duties ie- watching for danger. The drinks and food and amenities were nice except for the bugs and mosquitoes everywhere. Staff need to be trained to have genuine guest service skills and at least pretend to care about there jobs. I feel disrespected, bullied and robbed and just the out right neglect of staff roles is enough to think what the hell? Is this a resort or a very expensive Waffle House with pools. I guess they do whatever they want when the manager isn't there. You can do much better than what we received and the way we were treated by staff. Not a Happy Camper! Campers Beware!! Your on your own in this place ya know cause it's slow and off season. Pathetic absolutely Patheti. I hope employee Kaley enjoys that $40 bucks she stole from our family. read more

Having so many spots available, the swimming pools are amazing! Had some issues at front desk having grandkids dropped off. He still ended up, accommodating us and letting my daughters in my grandkids are having so much fun with the activities. The grounds are just fabulous. It's missing nothing.!!!! read more

It is my first time coming to the Splash RV Resort & Waterpark and it will not be my last. The food truck food is amazing, bathhouses cleaned every day, and the activities are fun. We did have some incidents though.. when my daughter and I were walking our dogs, two dogs ran out of nowhere and bit my daughter's neck. Fortunately an employee witnessed it and called it in and it was dealt with. Another thing is people cutting through sites with golf-carts, bikes, etc. The rules aren't applied well like going 7mph. I was almost hit multiple times. Over all me and my family enjoyed the lazy river, pool(s), and the water slides. We can't wait to come back next year! read more

Awesome and worth every penny! Beautiful, clean and fun! The only thing that needs to be checked with is the ID verification process at the bars. Biergarten didn't require it yet the tiki hut had my husband walk all the way back to the RV even with his wristband clearly visible. Other than that it was fantastic! read more

This is a top notch campground with all the things for children. The pools,lazy river, waterslides etc are all phenomenal. They have food trucks and bars and are there to make your trip everything that it can be. They are STRICT on their rules to keep their license for food and drinks you're not allowed a cooler or outside food or drinks in the pool areas. Although they were lenient on your "cups" from campers. They do not allow drinks in the pools however you may put them on ledge but they will come at you if you hold it "too long". Site would trip the breaker if you ran a plugged in skillet and AC at the same time. Overall very well maintained and clean. We would return. read more

Splash RV Resort is not Trump country. Fu&k Trump was carved into a lot of the picnic tables there. Also you're right on the I-10 and it's like a freight train is barreling through your camper. You can't sleep. You can't enjoy a bbq at your Lot because you're terrified a semi truck is going to crash into you, it's awful. A load of laundry is $10. We will not be going back read more

This place is a great resort!! Clubhouse is amazing with weekly if not twice a week live entertainment. Karaoke each week but more for kids. Food trailer has limited foods but is very tasty. Staff are very attentive to the park surrounding and quick to take care of issues. Lot sizes are much better than other parks we have stayed at. Price is a bit high for weekly rates. Resort showers and bathrooms are exceptionally. Talked to snowbirds who stayed the winter. Some say prices continue to rise and they were looking to go elsewhere. Others say winter rates were good but March and April increased to high even though many sites were available. Will think about returning just as long as the prices stay the same. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Quiet times need to be enforced a bit more. If you want to go to the beach it's about 20 minutes away. I really like the 2 pools. One for adults and one for kids. Pools are only 4' deep but clean. Tiki bar at pool side. Like I said, this is a real resort. read more

This establishment has it all! Bring your own camper or rent a cabin or even a customized Conestoga Wagon. Spacing between sites is great compared to other RV parks. Fun for the whole family. Entertainment, pools, water slides and a lazy river. The staff is awesome. polite, friendly and accommodating. Still some construction going on but all major attractions and accommodations are available. We live here locally and its great to have this place so close allowing us to save on the crazy gas prices for the holiday weekends or short distance getaway Highly recommended!!! read more

Discovered that all the very best camping sites are only available to class A RV's. Those premium sites back up to the man made river and the only sites with nice campfire pits. So all of us fifth wheel and travel trailer RV owners, do not qualify for those sites. We're not going to utilize this local RV park, even though we live nearby. read more

Read the reviews and not all stays are the same so let me begin. Very easy access for a big rig to pull into. Nicely thought out landscaping for Florida weather. Only one side is close to the interstate and that is A. You can book a specific site number which is what we were allowed to do. We also were told we could check in at 11am which was a bonus! Now, front desk was a little rude at first. She eventually came around with small talk. I was really impressed with the office and all of the actual set up & interior. Really nice golf carts to rent for over 50 a day. The bath houses are amazing and really clean. I have a nice shower but these are well worth using. We have 4 dogs. 2 Doberman and 2 chihuahuas. The park in the back was more than we could have hoped for. Plenty of room to roam and always pet stations that supply doggie bags all over the grounds. No poop anywhere on the ground! Now, the spot was C85. We walked to the pavilion and lounge/pool area. I was impressed with how clean it was. The adult pool was nice and no kids invaded it. The Biergarten was open and one food truck. We had a great experience and we would definitely come back! Maybe not in the busy summer days but certainly an off season visit again. read more

This RV resort has done a lot things right and may be on the path to being a very nice resort. They do move you if you don't pay to lock your reservation which is deceiving if you don't know about it. We were not allow to use our own golf cart regardless if it is fully insured and licensed as a street legal vehicle. We pay thousands of dollars on our riggs to do it right. For this alone we probably will not be back. There are plenty of other places to visit. Update: The pool deck has areas going from the kid pool to the adult pool by the stairs that has no railing and is a major tall hazard. Additionally, pool by the lazy river pool where the zero entry has hidden tripped hazards...tripped a couple of times. read more

While we had a lot of fun at this park, we did have a few issues. We were initially charged the fee to lock in our campsite; we did not request that. We were told we were being put in a very large campsite... that was not the case at all. Our spot was long; however, there was no living space outside, and you could not park two cars there due to being so tight. The area we stayed at was a newer spot, so they had some sod laid and no sod in other locations, and those areas were nothing but slick nasty mud. When we brought this up, they said, "You know where not to book next time" how very unprofessional. My granddaughter and grandson both fell due to this slick nasty mud, one hit their head, and the other hurt their leg (luckily, neither one was hurt seriously). Also, we went to rent a golf cart, and the advertised rate was different than the rate we were charged; they said due to it being the last golf cart available, they set a higher rate for convenience (seriously!) Then at the pool, our grandkids were playing and apparently made a "drunk man" mad, and he was allowed to tell my grandson that he would never amount to anything and be very rude to him; the lifeguard brought our grandson to us and told us this would not be tolerated when he said it was a man our age, we ask the lifeguard what they did to him, and he replied "I believe he is intoxicated" ....that is NO EXCUSE. While we had fun and our grandkids loved the place, we may or may not be back. read more

They delete and block anyone who gives bad reviews, so don't trust their ratings on social media. Also no refunds for any reason. They messed up our reservation 3 times... we had to move our RV 3 times since they tried to make me pay for a premium site but have the interstate as my backyard! They finally agreed to move us, but yet again, that spot was incorrect, we paid to be by the water. The 3rd time they moved us, it was on the water like we agreed to, but it was a motorhome site so we had to share a yard with our neighbors and hookup our sewer on the opposite side. We gave up and stayed put. We drove 9 hours to because they advertised having an adult only section... I got there and it was a lie. I witnessed a babies in diapers in the adult pool and several kids, one who actually got out of the pool to stand on the edge and PEE in it!!! They were in the adult only hot tub too. I complained but was told there weren't that many kids so it was okay. I asked for a refund (I had paid for a whole 2 month stay in advance) and they wouldn't give it to me! Instead they offered to give me a voucher for HALF of what I paid to use within the year. We will NOT be back!!! read more

I have stayed at 20+ RV parks in the State of Florida and I have never left a one star review, I don't have a choice in this case. This park is great for retirees with no pets. I read reviews before going (we booked back in March 2023) and was wondering what to expect from our experience. Judy checking us in was very bubbly and made you feel very welcomed. Immediately we were asked to follow a young gentleman to our cabin site and he was so nice. We rented 3 Magnolia cabins in a row (wasn't crazy about having to guarantee reserve them for $35 each but what do you do right?) and that was perfect! Didn't need a golf cart because it was across from the pools for the kiddos! It was stifling hot so finding solace in the pools was our main objective but..... they were so warm that it felt like bath water so that would be just a complaint and on their web-site it says they are heated but that shouldn't be for the summertime. That wasn't as enjoyable as I had wished. The entertainment, food (great funnel cake fries) and beer garden (some say it was overpriced but I didn't think so) was very pleasant. The bar was perfectly placed near the adult pool & lazy river. Our cabins were awesome, roomy and Tommy Bahama bath amenities so we were quite impressed by that! The upstairs loft was too warm to sleep in. My suggestion would be to add another air conditioner up there and the kitchen didn't have a lot of utensils (guessing that they want you to eat at the food trucks) but otherwise the cabins were great! Now for the staff. I have never seen such pleasant, courteous and willing to do whatever it took to make your stay pleasant. There was a infraction between 2 camp sites and one was immediately removed and I appreciate the swift action by the management. They didn't play around when it came to the safety of their guests. Would I come back? Yes, in a NY second. I'm only afraid that I couldn't afford it next time because it is becoming very popular! read more

First visit and will go back. RV spaces are all concrete level pads then you have the lazy river and water slides, pools hot tub and splash area for children that were all having a blast. Not extremely overcrowded since the facilities were for overnight guests only. Nice game room for kids and kids at heart. Lol. Can't say much for the snack area as not really options and then there was only 3 that included the bar. Overpriced for microwaved food ice cream was only 3 flavors vanilla chocolate and strawberry. But we didn't go for the food even though it would have been nice and definitely not a place you could get dinner after a long day at pool. But definitely GO and relax with the family. Easy access as just off the i10 not even a mile. This will be on our list to revisit or even just stop while traveling especially in summer months as not really overpriced considering your water park is included. Hope you enjoy as much as we did and we are just 2 retired adults with no children to enjoy the facilities read more

Brand new facility that does not live up to the hype. Not all amenities are open. Bier garden and Tiki bar closed. 2 pools which are too small to accommodate the number of campsites/people. Not enough lounge chairs or umbrellas at the pools. Food choices consist of a chicken truck and Açaí bowls, for two days of our stay and then just the chicken truck. Security is lacking as check in gate was manned for two days only. Noice from the I -10 kept us awake every night. Will not be back. read more

Brand new. It's only been open a few months. Very upscale and gorgeous grounds. Large water oaks everywhere. The pool area is a great hit. Seems most people liked the lazy river the best. The restaurant and arcade were not finished when we were there. You cannot pick your space, so if you get "A" street, I-10 traffic is pretty loud, but the beauty and amenities are worth the noise. My greatest fear is when all 300 spaces are finished, I don't think the pools will accommodate everyone. Time will tell. read more

Unfortunately, this rambunctious place was very crowded and very dirty, many of the employees I had talked to were extremely impolite including one of the head managers, Wendy. She would constantly yell at guests and staff and was very rude. The only employee I had an amazing interaction with was a young girl named Aubree, she was very polite, played with my daughter, and just a good employee, I wish i could say the same about everyone else but I cannot so I decided to share my horrible experience to warn others. Camped here with grandkids this weekend. Great park. Lots to do. Sites clean and big concrete pads. Only thing I'd do different is don't pick standard site. It's right next to I-10. Very very noisy. Needs a barrier wall or something. Also, I had my name on list for golf cart on sat. No one from office called me when one was returned. So we couldn't get a cart. The flies are really bad n a nuisance. But we will b back. Had fun. Just won't pick a site beside interstate!! read more

This place is beautiful! Very clean! The look and feel as you enter the park is very upscale with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the adult pool because we do not have small children. However, parents would come to the adult pool and bring their children. The lazy River should be just that...LAZY, except kids would jump in the lazy River or try to speed or swim past you while bumping into you. Someone should be monitoring this. We will stay again, however, I will not book loop A or B due to the noise from the interstate traffic. read more

Way over priced. Like sadly so! Turn over rate for employees is crazy so obviously they don't like it either. And the ones we talked to didn't. It's 4th of July weekend and there's openings. Which is crazy as everything is booked up everywhere else here. We went to visit family who was staying there as we live in the area. It was 103 degrees and we couldn't all fit in their trailer so we OFCOURSE went to the club house with all its tables , games, couches etc. available for all to play cards and they kicked us out saying it was rental space only. So it's not even an amenity. We have been to tons of resorts. Actual resorts and they always have a club house. Also the time we where in there the same staff was just sitting around doing nothing. Like 6 people. Hiding in the AC like we wanted to do and at those rates come on! Also heard they had a Bloody Mary bar but it's just the standard Bloody Mary garnishes. They have "food trucks" but it's just burgers and hotdogs kind of thing. Just nothing unique about it for that price! Definitely rethink your visit if you book here. read more
