We had such a wonderful stay at Cozy RV Lodge in Niceville, it truly lives up to its name…read more From the moment we arrived, it felt different in the best way. The owners are incredibly warm and present, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. We saw them every day, and that personal touch made the experience feel welcoming and safe, not just like another RV stop. The park itself is small and cozy, which we loved. It creates a peaceful, community feel without any of the noise or chaos you sometimes get at larger parks. Traveling with our dog can sometimes be challenging, but not here. The fenced dog area was a huge win,our pup absolutely loved it and felt comfortable enough to play and explore freely. That alone made our stay so much more relaxing. Now, I have to talk about the facilities, because I'm very particular about this. The showers and bathrooms are, without question, the best I've ever experienced at an RV park. They are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and this is key, there's actually space to set down all your things. Anyone who travels regularly knows how rare and appreciated that is. Every detail here reflects care, pride, and intention. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming, and truly comfortable place to stay in the Niceville area, Cozy RV Lodge is a gem. We will absolutely be back!

I told her our reason for coming was to celebrate 53rd wedding anniversary. She was able to accommodate us at Cozy Corner. The park is very small, very clean, beautifully manicured, family owned and high on customer service. If we camp in the area in future, I would be happy return guest!!! Thank you!

The resort is very clean and the staff and other campers are very friendly and welcoming. There is a great pool and hot tub, an ice cream shop, a mini store, a fishing pier and the Santa Rosa Sound beach. The resort is quiet at night and is very close to groceries and restaurants. I am so glad I found this great place for my birthday weekend trip!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing…read more I reserved a specific campsite many months in advance for my birthday. Before arriving, I even received an email confirming that exact site. When I checked in, I was told they had given my reserved site to someone else and moved me to a different spot. The whole reason I booked so far in advance was to secure that particular location, so this completely defeated the purpose of planning ahead. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. The manager never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made it seem like my frustration wasn't justified. A sincere apology and some accountability would have gone a long way. To "make it right," they offered a 20% discount, which honestly felt insulting given that they failed to honor a confirmed reservation on a special occasion. It wasn't about the money--it was about keeping their commitment and treating customers with respect when they make a mistake. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable birthday started with disappointment because of the park's poor reservation management and lack of customer service. I hope they improve their processes and, more importantly, learn how to take responsibility when they let their guests down.

One of the biggest perks is how easy it is to get on and off the highway--super convenient for travelers just passing through or staying a few nights. It suddenly makes sense why the park is nearly empty…read more Extremely rude "management". Lady walked up and was already angry before even talking to us. Only thing wrong was we had a screen room up that simply didn't attach to the awning. It's freestanding which didn't meet their rules for some reason. It was set up and tied down appropriately. We had it to keep the baby out of the sun. Keep in mind it had been up all day without question. They drove but multiple times. Then she requested we move guest vehicles. That's very reasonable. Then barely described where to park them and said oh don't worry about it. They're literally here for dinner only. She only introduced herself when I asked her name and who she was. Apparently, she told some guy we got in her face. I have plenty of witnesses that can say that wasn't true. So he comes over to start more issues. He didn't want to give his name or any information. Finally said he was one of the 3 part owners but refused to give info. Needless to say, awesome park and land but totally not worth dealing with this drama. We have been camping many places and never had anything like this happen. Start a conversation professional and things will go better for us all. Thanks for ruining our trip when we would have been happy to accommodate. I refuse to stay here again. Beware.
