The Radiology center is located in the basement level of the building. There is parking in the main lot and additional across the street as well. The location is convenient right off of route 1. Pretty much standard office that does MRI, CT scans, and x rays. The waiting area had a TV for you to watch while you wait. The staff was nice and friendly and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. It did took some time just because of the paperwork I had to fill out. Once I was in the room, it was matter of relaxing and let the machines do the work. I would come back here again because it's located near my home and the staff is good. read more

IT los like the lab tecnitian is in back mood because she was alone I did ask for a butterfly thing for my blood work and she said I dont have any and use a regular needle causing pain in my arm. Lab Corp should use more receptive with people an not those who appear to be in bad mood. read more

I like the people at the front desk, appointment setters and techs! They really have a great bunch of employees here. I would have given this place 5 stars if they didn't run more than 40 minutes late (3x in a row) for their appointments (--once was well over an hour). On the upside, the people are great and it's very easy to make an appointment. The hours are also very good. read more

Appointment was easy to make and the location easy to find. When I arrived, they take your ID and insurance card and hand you the patient form to complete. This form is also available online. About 5 minutes after my appointment time, I was called in and put into a nice changing room, which was roomy and comfortable. Then they provide instructions and advise you to change into a cloth gown and give you a locker with key to put your belongings in. While you are in the imaging room, the key to your locker is directly in front of you on the wall. The imaging table and headsets were very comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect. To provide additional comfort, they ask if you want to listen to music and what type. I choose Christian music, which was perfect for comforting me through the procedure. read more

During my most recent visit, I found the front desk staff unfriendly. But the technician was awesome- courteous, competent and caring. I live a stone's throw away from University radiology. But I stopped going there after they handed me a CD with only "7" images for my thoracic MRI rendering it necessary for me to take a second MRI and having to go through the usual insurance hurdles a second time. At Woodbridge radiology they do a thorough study with adequate number of cuts. I am not sure about the quality of the MRI report though. I have to take a second opinion from another radiologist and I will keep this review updated. read more

Doesn't give report on time. Ditched my earlier radiology place as they gave me an earlier appt, but took forever for the remote radiologist to sign. No care for any urgency. Front office not of much help. Visited once, will not again. I have still not received my report. I would have not given an stars to this place. read more

I give this office three simply because of their hours of operation and their availability for parking. The office itself is in the basement which wasn't bothersome to me but was odd and a bit too dark. They had a large television in a small waiting area that was way too loud and was playing "Fuller House". A news channel, entertainment channel or even a weather channel would've been better than this poor laugh track show. I usually go to another radiology place where I have access to a portal and can see my report within 36-48 hours after the exam. I only went here because my orthopedic office was able to get me an appointment for Monday the same day after having suffered a slip and fall two days prior. Upon calling to followup on Wednesday afternoon, I was informed the report was not yet available/signed. I was told it should be ready later that day or by Thursday. Thursday afternoon report was finally available. Unfortunately for me, my orthopedic doctor will not be back in his office until the following Monday. I requested that a copy of the report be sent to my primary so that I can maybe find out what the results are, and what my next course of action should be. So very frustrated as I now will have to hope my primary, who did not order the test, will call me tomorrow (Friday) with results. I sensed there was no urgency on behalf of this establishment even after I called them explaining my emergent situation. So, four days after having an MRI, I still have no results or explanation addressing the pain I am still in. I will check back with ortho office to see if another doctor can tell me what's going on. read more

Their late office hours are accommodating but their staff is far from it. There is one nice older woman that works there but everyone else I've come in contact with is 0 help. read more

Horrible management and customer service.......tech never showed for my appointment and this is after they called me at 9:45am as I was heading there to change my appt. From 10 am to 12pm......waited over an hour and no tech showed up....wasted my Fay and so called management couldn't even call techs supervisor until I got to screaming mode....no RESPECT for my time.....walked out and would never go back......horrible read more

Not friendly staff, first impressions make lasting impressions.

I did not like my experience here. Facility is in the basement and the waiting room, although modern in design, is very dim and a bit dark for my liking. The big lighting fixture in that area hangs low (and it's a low ceiling to begin with) so it gives a closed in almost claustrophobic feeling. The MRI had No music in the headphones which surprised me. That added to my anxiety and my low rating here. Every other place I've been to has offered music. It's a great distraction, lowers anxiety, and makes the time pass faster. The staff only spoke to me once on the headphones at the end of my MRI. Other places do so periodically throughout your test and I would I find that reassuring and calming. Staff was just ok here, cordial, but not overly welcoming or friendly. I feel they would benefit from some customer service training about being empathetic to those that are anxious about an MRI, as is often the case. Therefore, I would not recommend this facility, and would go elsewhere next time. read more
