I have been living here for a long time and I have loved every single moment of it. I plan to…read morecontinue living here for as long as possible. Unlike the other reviews which seem completely unrealistic, the rent rate is usual and fair. The renewal rate is also very VERY fair compared to other properties i have lived in where the renewal rate is incredible at 5% or 7%! Additionally, the new management is incredible in everything they do. This management team cares about their tenants and go as far as possible for their tenants which is much more than what other properties do. This to me feels like this management cares about giving back. Yet, what is incredible to me is how people never want to write about their good experiences and only relish in highlighting the bad. Heating and conditioning has been nothing but great. Compared to where I lived in Jersey City where no one cares about getting things done right away AND rent rates have skyrockets for a tiny apartment, I find that living here is beyond great. The people are friendly and the town is in excellent location close to malls, parks, in the center of northern jersey. When I visit new york, I enjoy a 10 minute walk to the train station and before I know it i am there. Best part is that the train is near by and you cant hear the train go by! One thing I confirm is that you can hear your neighbors sometimes but not as exaggerated as the other reviews. If we all pay attention closely when driving around, you can see that most buildings nowadays are built of wooden structures all over jersey which is the reason why this happens. THIS IS NOT ANYONE'S FAULT. What matters to me is that the building is kept clean which it is immaculate and that maintenance is reliable for emergencies and everything in between. Gabriel the current super is amazingly kind and humble, he goes out of his way for anyone. The maintenance is incredible because although they don't have to, they even clean and remove the snow off of everyone's car who is not covered by the garage which are only a few spots. WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND SOMETHING LIKE THAT!?

I lived in this apartment community for many years and, while there were things I liked about it,…read morethe ongoing issues eventually led my family to move. The biggest problem was the noise. The walls are very thin, so it was easy to hear neighbors. Another concern was that some dog owners didn't keep their pets under control. My children were scared several times while using the stairs, which made them uncomfortable in their own home. Maintenance and management were also disappointing. Issues we reported were rarely resolved in a timely or effective way. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and often difficult to use. The most frustrating part was the yearly rent increases. Instead of offering incentives to loyal, long-term tenants, management seemed more focused on promoting referral bonuses. After years of rising rent without meaningful improvements, we decided it was time to move elsewhere. I'm not sure if tenants didn't just respect Edwin, the the manager, regarding noise complaints or something else. I appreciated the years I spent here, but I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future residents.

Claudine, My apology…read morefor not sending this sooner.. You and your team made it easy for me to move in (site on seen till the day I dropped off my deposit). The maintenance guys always did a great job taking care of what ever needed to fixed in the apartment, which wasnt much :) or when I was locked out of my apartment and they came by to let me in The maintenance guy were always friendly, professional and did a great job. If I ever come back to NJ I would stay at Woodbridge Hill or recommend Woodbridge Hill to a friend. How do I know Woodbridge Hill is a safe, comfortable and a nice place to live I am living at Amberton Town House in Naples. 1. For some reason every month the rent changes 2. I couldnt rent for 12 months or it would be more money so now I have to rent for 15 months 3. someone broke into my place and took a shower, ate my food and left my place a mess 4. The gym is so small you cant swing a cat in the room. 5. The pool is smaller than what is one the website also one of the tenant every weekend uses the pool area with their friends, boom box, bbq and no one else can use the pool when they are there 6. There is no parking for guests, people race their cars up and down the street 7. My AC broke a week after I moved in and the maintenance guys could fix it for 4 days and gave me a portable AC in my place but it didnt work 8. My toilet would not stop flushing and it took the maintenance guys a week to come and fix it These things may seem like nothing or easy fix but these guys here dont compare to the work you and your team does at Woodbridge Hill. When I went to maintenance or management here they dont care about anything but rent here. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can move. You should be proud of the work you and your team does because you really do care about your tenants. Thank you

My boyfriend and I took a tour in the summer of 2020. Let's just say we fell in love with the…read moreproperty. It was clean, sophisticated and was 2 blocks away from the NJ Transit. At the time they were offering 2 months free to use in the beginning of your lease and allowed us to hold the apartment for 2 1/2 months until we were ready to move in. We moved in August 2020 and from that day on we noticed some unpleasant surprises about the property. - The gym was closed for 2 months with no amenity fee reimbursement. - The amenities closes at 7pm everyday because the maintenance staff leaves work at 7pm. This does not give the residents who work from home late or travel from work enough time to enjoy the amenities. - The apartment appliances and paint on the walls are cheap. Our cabinet door in the bathroom suddenly came off, the paint on the walls are easily damaged with 1 touch and our shower faucet broke while I was taking a shower. - the bedroom door constantly becomes loose and squeaky. -There is not enough guest parking. - The elevators are ALWAYS broke you have to walk through the garage to get out the building. - you have to pay an extra amenity fee for the business center. (Non sound proof private rooms, and this amenity fee can be added at anytime but not removed). - if you don't live on the top floor, you will hear your neighbors foot steps above you. Which is very disturbing. - While in the business center, I can hear the weights from the gym banging from the first floor. Mind you the business center is on the second floor. -The management experience can be much better. The maintenance team RJ and Kevin makes this experience worth it because they are always helping and making sure the residents are comfortable. Some Pros to the building are: - Luxe package - the residents - transportation -A lot of cabinet space - Quiet - The apartment is not half bad, one of the nicest apartments I have seen. - A few great restaurants and stores in the neighborhood. - Linden Clark and Elizabeth is 5 minutes away and you have access to ShopRite, Target, Starbucks, Homegoods, Wholefoods and other great stores. -The trash rooms are surprisingly clean.

Someone's earlier post from 6 months ago said the amenities are closed but before I moved in, they opened up until 7pm (closing early to disinfect during COVID). While the rent is a bit high during the pandemic, they are offering leasing promotions that make it a little more manageable. I grew up in Rahway but closer to the middle school so being downtown is a nice change, especially being within walking distance of so many restaurants and other small businesses. I would recommend this building to others.
