Mike from maintenance was awesome. I called and he was there approximately 10/15 mins. Very helpful…read moreand understanding. Daniel the leasing manager is absolutely a gem. Always there to answer any questions or concerns and takes time out to listen and finds solutions to my concerns. I'm loving it here and the few neighbors that I know in my building are wonderful. Only thing missing is a gym on premises as I'm new to the area but otherwise I can't complain. I'm happy here

I lived in these apartments for two years. I never had any issues with the management. I vacated…read morethe apartment on March 31, 2026, and was instructed to provide my new address so that my security deposit could be mailed to me. The 30-day period mandated by law for the return of a security deposit has passed, and I still have not received it. I sent an email to Gianna Diamond, the Resident Services Coordinator, but she NEVER REPLIED. I reached out to Melissa Romero and forwarded the email to her asking for assistance, but I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I called the office 28 times until Gabriela finally answered; she informed me that the management office DID NOT HAVE MY CHECK--that if I wanted to, I could come by to pick it up, but they didn't know when it would be ready, and that I should call them. This is illegal; withholding a security deposit for MORE THAN 30 DAYS is against the law. ABYSMAL MANAGEMENT ACROSS THE ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION.

Claudine, My apology…read morefor not sending this sooner.. You and your team made it easy for me to move in (site on seen till the day I dropped off my deposit). The maintenance guys always did a great job taking care of what ever needed to fixed in the apartment, which wasnt much :) or when I was locked out of my apartment and they came by to let me in The maintenance guy were always friendly, professional and did a great job. If I ever come back to NJ I would stay at Woodbridge Hill or recommend Woodbridge Hill to a friend. How do I know Woodbridge Hill is a safe, comfortable and a nice place to live I am living at Amberton Town House in Naples. 1. For some reason every month the rent changes 2. I couldnt rent for 12 months or it would be more money so now I have to rent for 15 months 3. someone broke into my place and took a shower, ate my food and left my place a mess 4. The gym is so small you cant swing a cat in the room. 5. The pool is smaller than what is one the website also one of the tenant every weekend uses the pool area with their friends, boom box, bbq and no one else can use the pool when they are there 6. There is no parking for guests, people race their cars up and down the street 7. My AC broke a week after I moved in and the maintenance guys could fix it for 4 days and gave me a portable AC in my place but it didnt work 8. My toilet would not stop flushing and it took the maintenance guys a week to come and fix it These things may seem like nothing or easy fix but these guys here dont compare to the work you and your team does at Woodbridge Hill. When I went to maintenance or management here they dont care about anything but rent here. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can move. You should be proud of the work you and your team does because you really do care about your tenants. Thank you

About the only thing good about the apartment complex is the location - close to the Metropark…read moreStation on NJT, which was why my husband and I moved to this apartment complex. Glad to be out of it for sure! About everything else was subpar at best. -Rent - this place charges like nuts! I understand it's close to the train station, but the apartments (as you'll see in the following) leave a LOT to be desired. -General Outside - the complex has ample parking, but the area outside is abysmal. The buildings are old and the grounds have trash all over the place. There are some weird folk that roam the area, particularly due to the QuikChek across the street (which is a good thing at times, when I need a quick run to get milk). -apartments - we lived in the updated 1-bd/1-ba apt style. The apt, while large, was very shabby - while it was "updated", the paint on the walls was terribly done (there were blotches of paint all over the place) and the caulking from the shower was poorly put in. Our floors had bruising in several places (looked like uneven staining). There was central heating, but the AC was through units that were really noisy and kept me and my husband up at night when we ran them (which made for rough summers)! The walls were also super thin so we could hear the upstairs neighbors arguments on the regular. -amenities - there basically are none. The laundry rooms they had on site were pretty gross (not well maintained but also pretty expensive). The resident superintendent was also not friendly and was pretty grumpy when we needed repairs. All in all, if location is all you're looking for, this fits the bill. Otherwise, it may be worth looking at other places that care more for their residents.

I wanted to wait a few more months to give The Metropark Station Apts a chance and be transparent…read morein my review. But unfortunately they have shown otherwise . Upon moving in, the Apartment was in complete disgust, it was not cleaned before we moved in. Trash, soap, fridge, stove etc a mess. When advising Amy of the issue she pawned me off saying I needed to speak to Libby about it, who was not in the day of my move in. It was not until I called 5 different numbers they finally brought someone in 7hours after we already moved our things in. 2 days after move in, as I'm organizing shoes in the quite w my husband , we hear keys jiggling and Amy opens up our door surprised to see us. She stated she was just here to drop off our " Laundry keys" After we had already moved in, so she was entering our home w/o OUR CONSENT. Again she stated she was told come in per Libby? When addressing the issue they all put the blame on someone else other than just apologizing. So we don't feel safe here. 3rd Major issue, there are Rats/Mice infestation in our apartment we just moved into. After speaking w multiple tenants. They all have the same issue. We have caught 5 rats in our upstairs home. The way they explained to resolve it, is by just patching up any walls they might come out from. Until they chew through whatever they put. So rats can keep breeding. Also keep in mind it's almost impossible to speak to someone in person or even over the phone to express your concerns. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone minds their own business here. Lots of space to play outside etc. so we were excited to be moving in. Now that we are having issues we are being treated like " we are the problem". Because we want to live in a safe clean environment especially with Covid still at play and still being in a Pandemic. They are all aware of these issues and I want to bring it to light for anyone looking for a safe clean apartment. This might not be your best choice

*YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*. I lived at Greenfield Gardens for 2 years. I moved out in October 2021…read more This apartment was the WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN AN APARTMENT. I can't restate that enough. 1st of all this apartment complex is INFESTED w/ roaches, mice and water bugs. It's disgusting. I contacted Maintenance MULTIPLE TIMES bc of this but it was such a nasty issue. When I was preparing to move out I threw out a lot of my kitchen and cookware BC of the roaches, but more specifically the mice problems. I found droppings on my utensils, cookware, counters and floors. There were a couple of times that I found dead rotting mice inside kitchen counters and cabinets. It got to the point we're I didn't even keep utensils in the cabinet drawers bc of the mice infestation. Another thing is the noise issue. You can hear EVERYTHING! I lived on the 2nd floor, and my neighbors below were a nightmare, including the ones across from me. A lot of the tenants have multiple adults and children residing in a 1 bedroom apartment and didn't seem to live (or sleep) by normal working hours. I'm writing this review to warn and give people accurate information. You should know where and how your going to live when you sign a 12 month lease. Also the hallways were FILTHY DIRTY when I moved in. Was told it was my responsibility to clean them, SMH. I'll attach pics.

I got my full security deposit despite so scratches on the walls from movers and holes from hanging.read more
