    Burger or the week

I would like to update my review. It's been 5 years. Since then, March first Brewing took over and really stepped up their game. New food and drink menu, more cocktails to choose from. Wine, well made drinks and even their own signature whiskey. They've even extended the patio where there's a fire pit and live music. We came on a Saturday afternoon. My Mr.s friend was performing and plus we wanted to have lunch. You order from your phone, and they will bring it to you. Takes 15-20 minutes depending how busy they are. You order your drinks at the bar. When closing out your tab , you can combine your food and drinks. We ordered: Woodburn green salad w/ chicken (full size) Cincinnati burger week burger w/ fries Square Pants wheat ale La Vielle Ferme brut sparkling Hunka hunka hefe peanut butter hefeweizen Neptune IPA Old Fashion All were great. I've tried my Mr's burger/fries and was sold. I especially loved my salad. The chicken was grilled to perfection and went well with the dressing. They also have daily events from drag shows, trivia, outdoor yoga and bands. Like I said before, they've added so much cool stuff. My Mr really enjoyed his beers that he took a six pack of March first Swiss Chocolate Stout home. Definitely returning.

100% recommend! The I've been several times in the past to where I would highly recommend coming here. If you're looking for good food, great variety of brews, and fun atmosphere to hang with friends or family, this is your place! I'm a huge fan of their buffalo wings, loaded chips, and burgers! I was fortunate enough to be the first customer to have a pepperoni pizza off their new stove! It's good and can't wait to see what other kinds of variations happen with the new set up. The service was fantastic and workers were super accommodating. Look forward to when I go again!

Good menu choices - with good prices. Check out their cocktail menu - great variety. The Woodburn Old Fashioned - great Bourbon taste with a little zing. My husband like both gin based drinks. Food was really good. All served fresh! Tofu cooked really well. Husband liked the burger! All five of us were very happy with our choices.

The food was really good but the portions were a little small. The nachos was a healthy portion though. My dad and sister loved their beers and I really enjoyed the Kentucky New Riff Bourbon flight. They were a little short handed when 12 people showed up all at once but the service was good. You order at the bar and pick up your food at a window when your pager goes off.

Continues to be a great place to have a drink or a light meal. The menu changes quarterly it seems so be sure to check it before you go. Despite being a brewery, I was able to have a nice glass of wine on the expansive back patio and enjoy the lovely weather. Be sure to order at the bar before grabbing your table since there's not table service.

Good beers as always now they have Match 1st and Fig Leaf brewing on tap plus they have a kitchen as well.

Somewhat limited beer menu that aren't IPA IMO (but for fairness sake, I'm not huge beer drinker). Everyone I was with enjoyed their beer. I got the pilser which was pretty good. We got the special of the day which was wonderful! One of our friends got the pizza which looked really good too! They have a lovely outdoor patio that is shaded in the afternoon which is also a plus.

Still a great place for a beer and some food. The newish menu of Korean-inspired dishes is great. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich with ginger marinated chicken, gochujang BBQ, kimchi, pickled white onion, and jalapenos ($13). There is a kids' menu too, so I'll have to bring the whole family back again soon.

Local spirits ! Carry out spirits as well!!! Try the Voltage vodka! Glad to see my friends from March First made it to the city! Great idea for growth! Food is done well! I suggest to try to make it to the C3 cigar night when fire pits are blazing.

I came in at lunchtime to try their burger. Was happy to see there were quite a few burger options. The size of these burgers is very big. The taste is very good. And the fries and rings are also really really good. I do kind of wish they toasted their buns a bit. But that is not a make or break. I do also wish they provided service rather than making you do everything through a QR code on your phone. I like to interact with humans when going out to eat

Love this place and I don't even live here! Woodburn has quickly become my go to for social gatherings whenever I visit Cincinnati, which is 3x a year. They have a parking lot, they're open late, they have both beer and liquor, and they have a bunch of food items as well. I especially love their new addition with the games and big screen, it's perfect for football. Love this place and will definitely be back!

If you're leaving the…read morestadium area it's a 20 minute walk with some uphill, but well worth the trek to get ahead of the crowds. The bars near the stadium were mobbed. The seating is family style with long tables. You can order via QR codes (meh) or walk up to the side of the bar for food and drink. The manager came around and introduced himself to everyone and was all over the place. Helping in the kitchen, bar, cleaning up etc.. He's definitely an asset because he didn't disappear as the rush started coming in. The inside is nicely decorated and I was digging their Voodoo/skull theme. We settled in and watched the 4pm NFL game on one of the large TV's while chatting with some disappointed Bengals fans and locals. Beer wise they had a nice selection of classic Voodoo brews (we used to get them a lot in the Philly area several years ago), a balance of styles and some newer brews I'd never heard of. If you enjoy the dark side of beer the Where Our Secrets Go Imperial Stout was delicious and thankfully more along the lines of the traditional style Impy Stout. I had an IPA that I can't remember the name of, but it had a nice Belgian yeast/hop twist to it. My son enjoyed their root beer. Food wise the Jumbo Chicken Wings, roasted in house hit the spot, I highly recommend them. I added their Good Vibes BBQ "Sawce", but you can get them dry rubbed or chose from several other "Sawces". The wings were big with fresh meat and the sauce was great. The Pub pretzel we ordered was huge and the good vibes beer cheese complimented it well. The Mr. Pickles Fried Pickles were also a great choice for an app. They were a big portion. My friend had the Chili Mac and my son ordered the Lil Mashburgers - 2 little smashburgers oozing with cheddar & chippies off the kids menu. We ate, had a couple of beers and enjoyed our dinner at Voodoo before we explored more of downtown Cincy. I'll be honest I wanted to avoid BrewDog and Voodoo and experience home grown Cincinnati breweries, but we were really happy we stopped at Voodoo. Thanks guys you earned a fourth star for great friendly service from the manager and bartenders!!

We ordered extra hot wings, and the sauce was great but to make it "extra hot" they just added a metric ton of hot pepper or some hot seasoning, and it was nearly inedible. They were extremely over sauced. The fries were okay. My dry rub wings were good. It's basically self serve, you order on the website via QR code. They brought our food all at once due to that, to include the appetizer. Service was quick but we only saw our "waiter" once to deliver our food. If we had needed refills, we wouldn't have gotten them. We didn't even get silverware and only got one appetizer plate. The ambiance was nice, it's a great looking facility. I probably won't be back though, unfortunately. Just not great enough to bother going again. We did have one beer off the draft list that was good. The dragons milk.

To start this place is a "sit down" but you have to order at the bar and they bring it to you. We were a tad thrown off with that since they literally had waiters and people roaming around, didn't make sense to me. But that was just the start! We decided to order nachos and a pretzel to start the meal. The pretzel was disgusting, hard and lacking flavor and the $14 nachos was a side plate with a small portion of nachos on it. I asked the server what was with the size of the nachos and he said he though they were normal. They aren't, you go to a normal bar and for $14 comes out a platter with nachos that are loaded. Then our mains came out, my wife's salad was gross, lacking flavor and with dry chicken and my burger was decent. For $90 this meal should have been WAYYY better. We left feeling very disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

The layout was pretty typical for them albeit on a smaller scale than their locations in Las Vegas and Columbus. Several bar areas, a gaming mezzanine, couches, art on the walls and a roof deck (wasn't open when we visited). The large L shaped bar was clean and manned by a nice fellow. We headed up to the mezzanine and played some games while watching the 4pm game on their big screens. Food wise - we didn't eat here, but I can tell you from past BrewDog experiences their wings are always on point. Beer wise - They had a good mix on their 24 or so taps - IPA/Pale Ales (8 on tap), ciders (4), stouts & dark beers (3), lagers & pilsner (2), sour & fruit-based (2) and five beers for a community beer festival that was running that weekend. $1 of every pint poured went to charity. I had a Winter Staycation at 7.5% - our seasonal stout that brings rich pecan and sweet toffee flavors right to your glass. Every sip is a warming blend of nostalgia and bold flavors, crafted to remind you of the comforts of the season. If you loved last year's cozy winter release, this one's sure to feel right at home. It was average with sweet pecan flavors, caramel, vanilla, toffee and tasted malts. Drank like a porter. It was OK which is what most of their beers are. Just above average in my humble opinion. From my experiences between BrewDog and Voodoo, it seems the outsiders are better options than the local breweries (except Northern Row they were good) in Cincinnati. Can't go wrong with visiting this BrewDog. Thanks guys!

We had hoped for food, but the business that does food in the building is another company and they were out for spring break. So sad. ;-) The brewery has a nice vibe to it. There is a small taproom with a much larger Oktoberfest styled hall (meaning large community tables). There are plugs here if you work remote, although I would NEVER do that. :P The beers are not the best I had in Cincy, but they are above the average in Cincy, so it is definitely above average. It is also a well-known, stable brewery. I understand Listermann recently sold the spot, so it will be interesting to see if there are changes going forward. The board is a bit heavy at this point, with quite a few brews over 10%. My feelings on the beers? The IPAs are decent, but they shine brightly with their stouts and pastry sours. The blackberry cobbler sour (12%) and Forbidden Imperial Stout got my top marks. Would love to return and see how the food is here, but spring break worked against me. If you go through my profile, you will find I have a couple of hidden gems we found on our trek.
