They also have inexpensive snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby if your schedule gets tight and someone needs a snack. There is a 2nd floor lounge with windows that gives parents and siblings a fantastic view of the kids who are training in the gym or the pool. Love this feature! They had an event credit on our account for 3 years from when we had to cancel a special event enrollment back before he enrolled in classes. Can't recommend this business enough. I had forgotten it but they brought up and honored the credit-- what other business would do that? Our kid is thriving with their instruction.

The place is very clean & kid friendly. All the staff is very kind. Everyone I encountered there was good with the kids, cared about the kids & seemed to love their job. Ryanne kept a good eye on my middle child as he is extremely ornery & squirmy. She was awesome with my kids! I can't say enough about Amy, she's a wonderful lady! She interacts with everyone & calls the kids by their names. She walks the edge of the pool checking on everyone & all the things, during lessons. She talked to my boys after every lesson & even teared up on our last one. She gave my boys big hugs telling them she hopes to see them soon. The scholarship that they offer is such a blessing. We wouldn't have been able to afford lessons other wise. My middle child has nearly drowned twice, and now after his lessons I feel he could make his way out of a pool on his own if need be. A new young instructor named Jayden put goggles on my 6 year old face so tight it left an indent and the blood vessels in her eyes nearly popped. Her father was their with her he seen her struggling through out the lesson. And mentioned standing up multiple times to see what was wrong. He seen her raise her hand to try and get the attention of another instructor and they ignored her and were talking and laughing with eachother. He said the instructor just looked at my daughter while she was in pain waving his hands along to tell her to continue to swim. This is not acceptable and borderline child abuse. Her father was upset. Rightfully so and was cursing and did identy the swim instructor as being black. He did not use racial slurs or anything other then to identify who put the goggles on her. The owner was called he told told him to get off his property and my daughter and him were not allowed back. That was the owners solution. I tried to call multiple times I had to call customer service who did not do anything but give me an email and the email would not go through. Then I got a response from the number they want you text! They said they would refund 1 class that was unused. I had 2 make up classes as well.They refuse to refund me. In their words through text because no one would speak to me in the phone is this. "Refund is for $31 for unused classes in Sept. We do not refund for make up lessons when an Early Withdrawal is placed." I was told prior this incident she could do the make up classes. They kicked my 6 year old daughter out of the class after one of their instructors caused visible harm to my child. Again his name is Jayden. Not once did they show concern or sympathy to my child. Only to talk amongst themselves as to what happen to that white girl. Please watch your children. While they are being taught to swim by children/very young adults. who do not pay attention when your child is visibly in stress or pain. Extremely disgusted in how the owner and his employees handled this situation. And incredibly sad my Baby girl had to go through a traumatic experience like that.

Maybe some small bleachers by the windows to allow more seating for the parents or grandparents to watch.. And it appears that they are taking away the tall chairs that was seating against the wall.

They had a promotional bag that they sent home with all the parents. I love that they offer one class for free to see if you and your child like their facility, instructor, and class. My daughter is in the beginner class. They swim for 30 mins one day a week or however many days you have them signed up. They go over basic swimming skills like swimming properly, back floating, black swimming, going under water, and going under water to grab objects. I also like that it's only three kids to a class. I feel this is best for the kids to be able to each get a chance to participate in activities as well as have a little one on one time. Her instructor is Mary and she seems to like her and really be enjoying swim class. They are a little pricy, but when I looked up another school in the area it was about the same price. For one day a week, 30 minutes a class, the price is $88. Overall, I like Goldfish and can't wait to continue to see my daughter excel in swimming.

We have been enrolled for a month or two at the springboro location and have run into multiple…read moreissues. We do not feel safe attending anymore. There have been multiple classes where the instructors just do not teach or tell you what to do. They also are usually not paying attention and have even verbally stated they don't want to be there. Having an infant getting used to water, and reading your website about safety I am very surprised at the lack of attention these instructors are giving. Multiple times we have attended and the water has been so cold our infant has shivered, parents shivered and we had to get out of the water it was so cold, one time a makeup class was offered, and another time it was not. Multiple parents complained and even the instructor thanked us for saying something because she was really cold. Talking to the GM Jaclyn got us nowhere, and she offered to move him up to the 1 year-plus class, but that does not align with the methodology I understand from your website and we do not feel comfortable doing that. Also, even though we are picking classes with specific instructors they seem to always swap them out. Also, while talking to Jaclyn on the phone she was very rude, interrupted me would not put me in contact with the owner because "they own multiple locations so that isnt possible" and hung up while I was talking. I would highly suggest any other place if you have an infant looking to take swim classes.

The staff and management team are phenomenal at encouraging your child, setting clear water boundaries, and promoting 360° safety between caregivers and kids while at the pool. Oh and my kids LOVE it and just think they're having fun while learning life skills.
