I do not live in this place but Fairfield Falls at Port Jefferson. Since the first review said they…read moregot contact by the Fairfield Property and I have no other ways to complain about what I experienced with Fairfield, I have to write the review. Hopefully, you will contact me so ease my bad customer experience with you. I filled another application at West Babylon and told the leasing manager hundreds of times to start it as a new lease since my current lease will expire in the next month. If I transfer my lease, I have to pay for extra $800. Definitely it does not make sense. Well, the new application was considered as a notification for Fairfield that I want to transfer to a new place. So they sent maintenance this morning to my place. I was in the bathroom while my wife was in the bedroom. And the next moment, the man opened my door with his own keys. I did not fill any transfer form, nor request the transfer from anybody. I got deeply upset and uncomfortable so I called the customer service department. A lady named Beth (later I found that she is actually the person in charge of the customer service department) answered my call. She kept questioning me what bothered me without any reasonable explanations or apology. Eventually, she said I should refer to the copy of my lease and understand what I signed for legally. After staying with Fairfield for one year, we decided to choose the same company. But as a loyal customer, I did not feel being honored, let alone privileged. After spoke with the property manager, I fully understood the situation and worked together with the leasing manager at West Babylon to clear out all confusion and bothersome. But still, I am so pissed with the customer service. The general staff spoke to me professionally and politely, but the manager definitely had some attitude problem (which can be proved by our conversation since you recorded it, in which she kept interrupted me and being horrible with me). Customer Service Department or Customer Argument Department? I tried to figure out who is her supervisor, but nobody gave me the number of information. I have no choice but to leave you message through your public website.

I should have read the reviews BEFORE I scheduled them for a Nest Hello install. I can't actually…read morecomment on their work. Their tech came when they said he would, but after about a short discussion (about 10 mins) we decided the install would be too messy and I told the tech to forget it. He drove away. The next day I got an invoice for $75.00 just for showing up! This was in no way explained to me up front. After a discussion with my contact over the phone, I was told it's in the fine print (of a document I never saw) so essentially I was screwed. Deceptive business practices. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

The long waits and delays in response should have been our first red flag, but we went ahead and proceeded with them. Finally, we got a time scheduled between 3-6. I have two young kids in multiple activities, so not ideal but I made it work. Well, after arranging rides for them, moving things around, etc., 6pm comes and goes and still no Powers IOT. We are annoyed but declare that we will hire another company when they call at 7pm saying they are almost there!!! My husband says hell no, but I say, just get it done, I'm not wasting any more time waiting around. The tech finally shows up at 7:30 and doesn't leave until 9pm. Again, not ideal when you have young kids... I'd steer clear... they just want your $ and have no consideration of your time and schedule.
