My computer had been dealing with slow boot times and weird hiccups for a while, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things. While he was in there he also optimized my system (about a 10% performance boost on top of everything), got all my fans running off a single program instead of a mess of different software, and even reorganized my components so some ports that had stopped working were usable again. He also threw in a few recommendations for things I could do down the line to keep my PC running well. I asked him for the price and the price he gave me was 2/3 of the other shops around the area that I called and inquire. I came in a little late but he was able to rush my service for me as I was leaving the town the next day and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Thermal paste replacement service that I requested was done professionally and he even add extra thermal paste around the needed area on the board. Deep cleaning service was excellent. I notice the cleanliness right away and it boosts my experience with games and work programs by a major 2.5x speed. I went from 45 FPS to 120 FPS in just less than an hour. Lem hospitality was also very amazing. Very nice guy to talk to. Professional yet personal. Just as advertised, "You break it, he fix it!" Very fast at that.

I went in, looked at 100 colors and chose Tiffany Blue, cause I'm fancy like that. They are so patient there (100s of colors). They showed me some renderings.
