Worst car wash in SPRING Tx. Do not waste your time or money here, there's a self car wash down the street. Only good thing I can say is the hard workers outside. Front desk girls are horrible. Can't even get change to tip the workers cause the girls are to lazy to get change. If they are closed at 5:30 don't expect anyone to help you after that time. Only giving 4 stars because I had to wait 1.5 hours to have my car cleaned and leather conditioned and wasn't told it would take that long. It was peak time so a courtesy that a 45 min to hr job was going to run over. The job they did was great. So much so I took my wife's care back and dropped it off while we shopped. read more

Outside of truck is still filthy with water stains and missed spots glass and mirrors are worse than when I dropped it off. Inside still filthy but the gallons of armorall they used holds the sand they didn't vacuum in place. read more

I stopped by this location to get my car washed because my usual mobile detail provider was off today. I gave them a try, and it'll easily be my last no matter how conveniently located it may be. I needed some writing removed due to my car being told recently. I paid for an exterior car wash, & please note that it's already too expensive for just the exterior of the vehicle. As they were finishing, the person who was driving, the vehicle had not removed the scribbles from the tow company. Which was the sole purpose of coming to this local carwash. When I asked if they could remove the paint with some type of microfiber towel and window cleaner, a sale associate said it was be an additional $5. Absolutely NOT! I've already overpaid for a subpar exterior wash and now, window cleaner is a-la-cart?? Please do better you guys. Very disappointed in the customer service. I am reviwing based on State inspection services. I HAD to get mine done in a hurry and on a Sunday. I called and confirmed they did them on Sunday. Hooray! Friendly and fast service and I was in and out. They also have a comfortable lounge with guest wifi while you wait for inspection or lube services. Nice amenity! I went yesterday and brought one of my cars it was decent but they forgot to vacuum my passenger seat so I thought "maybe they missed it" it happens. Went back today and tried it again with my other car and it was horrible paid the "Texas special" maybe I'm picky but I'll attach pictures so you guys will understand what I mean. I overall would stay away from this place if you want extreme detailing. If you have a fairly well put together vehicle and you just want a medium cleaning then this place should be okay. I made the mistake of coming here with a car that needed an extreme detail inside and out, and so I wasn't happy with my results. They didn't clean the inner parts of the doors or the deep nooks and crannies, just what's mostly visible and in reach. They do not have the supplies to do deep cleaning or do work on the ceiling materials. My detail total was a little over $200 or so probably $240 or something like that and they replaced my air filter. The employees here are nice people, and some of them seem to be only Spanish speakers which is fine because you aren't communicating with them. Their front desk worker was very nice but she wasn't aware of my cars receipt progress or the location of my car, maybe some record keeping issues? And she neglected to call me when my car was done, but I can overlook this mistake. I did not take photos. I have a 2010 Honda CRV. read more

I purchased a vehicle yesterday with a beige interior, went in at 9am today to get "the works" and this was by far the worst car wash I have ever gotten. Whomever vacuumed my beige seats smeared dirt everywhere and they did not even try with the steering wheel. My 5 year old niece could have done a better job. Literally the worst car wash. I've given them several chances due to convenience and they never fail to disappoint every time. Below is just one example of the wash they failed at. Doesn't even look like they vacuumed. I had to go over everything with wipes that they missed, which was about the whole interior. Very frustrating. Gave 2 stars because the inside of this place is decent; enough seating, coffee, etc. As far the wash itself, I don't recommend. I was quoted 2 hours, and 4.5 hours later my car was ready, but the screen for my back up camera wasn't working since they used liquid on it and they completely forgot to clean one of the seats. I got my car washed here today. $24.99 for a basic car wash (used to be reasonable $14.99 & they did a good job). Today, the seats weren't wiped down, front or back, the area between the side of the front seats & the doors was not vacuumed. When I called it to the attention of the field supervisor, he told me that a basic car wash didn't include wiping down the seats or the doors - only the dash. So, I'm paying 60% more for inferior work? I don't think I will again. Will find another car wash. Very disappointing - have been going here for yesrs! read more

I'm giving this one star because the girls at the counter were very polite when I asked them how long an inside detail usually takes. I brought my car in for a detail and was told 90 min. I was there for 4 hours and the inside detail was "ok". After 3.5 hours, I asked if there was an eta because I had another appointment and they said 5-10 min. It was another 30 minutes. Great place to get a quick cheap wash! I've been taking our vans here and they always do a good job.

They do a reasonable car wash but you have to inspect the work before driving away. If something is not to your liking let them know immediately. They will not like to be called out but they will correct it. WARNING- I had just purchased a pkg of hubba bubba bubble gum and took one piece as we waited. When I went to get another piece shortly after we drove away, two pieces were missing leaving me with two pieces. I would have gladly shared the gum if they asked. I checked this place out for the first time and I was really impressed. The prices for car washes are reasonable but I am more impressed with the time and detail they put into servicing my car. Usually I can always find that most car wash places are in such a hurry and don't care. This place has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back! I have had some good experiences over the years at this facility and I do think that the people who are cleaning are normally very good. That said, I came in for a drink spill in the back seat (diet coke) and let them know what had happened so they'd be able to tidy up. I also purchased "the works" package which includes cup holders and a wipe down of the interior. The cup holder and panel weren't clean. I didn't notice and called 3 days later. No follow up. I called again. They transferred me a couple of times, spoke over me, and advised me that they can't do a partial refund. (Which, okay, a policy is a policy.) The deal is, though, I ultimately need to get the car cleaned again and their overall unresponsiveness and (in my view) unreasonableness (which may not be a word, sorry) made a mild inconvenience into more of a "thing"- it will stay on my "to do" list and I might as well have driven to Bucees or similar to do my own interior tidy and go through their car wash for a more modest price. read more

Did a fantastic job of scrubbing the cow smell and dirt out of Charlie's car. His car was disgusting. Now the car looks brand new on the inside-- the outside could not be saved due to the layers of pollen that have been falling from the sky. Not their fault. Took them less than two hours to scrub that little Toyota, and for half of what Superior Tomball Car Wash off of 249 would have charged us. Getting to this little joint is awful because of the intersection of Budde and Sawdust. Traffic backs up from the light and blocks the entrance, and you end up parked in the way of cars wanting to be in the turn lane! read more

Well, that was fast. Not something Iusually like to say, but at a car wash, yes. Very much yes. Went for the "Woodlands Special" at $17.99, which covered much needed interior vacuum and the works (minus tires) exterior wise. Pulled up to the vacuums, walked inside and paid, grabbed some popcorn and by the time I got to the end of the hallway my car was already finishing up its time in the car wash. I was a little bummed that they didn't get some of the black gunk off the body of the car just behind the wheel base (it's not leaking oil but it is possible to get off). After watching them wipe down the interior, I was extremely anxious to see what $18 bought me. I had gone on a long (epic) roadtrip in the fall with my boyfriend and, though I'd washed her outside, she was as filthy as we were after 4 weeks on the road inside. And I shed. A lot. Basically my car was a Sasquatch that had rolled around in the trash. Yuck. I was impressed with their attention to detail on the interior. Sure, I'd need a full (expensive) detailing to get my car good enough to sell, but for $18, the interior looked great. Some blue (wax?) drippings were left on the door. It was packed on a Friday at 3 pm so I'm not sure if they were in a rush or couldn't see it due to blindingly bright sun reflecting off white paint. I have been going here for 12 years. Saturday I paid just over $200 for the works. Since my carpets were wet we did not drive our truck. Today my wife sat in the back and my son was in the front. Both noticed immediately there were black greasy fingerprints all over the tan ceiling of my Silverdo Texas Edition. It took us an hour to try to remove the dirty fingerprints on the ceiling and side bars. The vinyl had smudges too. To make things worse instead of a new car smell is was a bad dirty smell. I just got home from Rainbow Car Care car wash on Rayford. I went to the back of my car to get some packages. The back or trunk of my Nissan CUBE was completely untouched! No signs of vacuuming or any effort to clean. The same old leaves were still present. I got the Texas Special which was nearly $30 so it shouldn't be too much to ask to vacuum the entire car. There were also areas inside the car that hadn't been wiped off, specifically the console. I called the minute I saw the trunk and of course they aren't answering their phones.
