Our package included a 14 day stay in Bali and Yogyakarta (we started in Bali, traveled to Yogya and returned to Bali for a few days before flying back to the States). Weni made sure that EVERY detail was covered, before the trip and during. Our guide in Bali was Yerry. As other reviewers have said, Yerry was kind, accomodating and well-informed. And he was an EXCELLENT driver. Our guides in Yogya (Salif and Rocky) were just as wonderful. They made sure they took us to all of the great attractions but that they also accomodated our wishes to see/experience things that weren't on the beaten tourist path (like the bird market and a spot with gudeg that we are STILL craving!). And the accomodations!!! Each hotel/villa was better than the last! The trip wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was worth every cent! We went during the rainy season and highly recommend it. When it rained, it only lasted for an hour or two, the average temp was in the mid 80s and best of all, there weren't many tourists (a couple of the hotels we stayed at were virtually empty!) Just one suggestion---make sure that you build some downtime in your schedule. While we loved the fact that our tour was chock full of sites and activities, we would have liked to have a day or two of downtime just to relax by the private infinity pools ;) Our only regret is that Weni doesn't handle travel across the globe! We would use her every time we traveled! She is simply THAT good! Trust us, you will NOT be disappointed.

Paid over $8,500 at this facility in three months. In February they performed a cooling system…read moreflush that explicitly included checking cooling fan operation. 83 days and 1,761 miles later the fan failed completely, rupturing my radiator. Their own diagnostic confirmed it. Their response? A $200 discount on a $2,467 bill for a failure directly tied to a component they documented inspecting. When I pushed back the manager threatened storage fees despite AAA Member Relations advising me to leave the vehicle pending a corporate claim. Both conversations were recorded. I requested my removed parts be returned. The manager acknowledged on a recorded call the scrap collector had already visited -- before I even picked up my car. I never authorized disposal. That line on my work order is blank. Paid the balance in full under protest. Manager wasn't even present at pickup. Active complaints filed with AAA Corporate, NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, and the BBB. Small claims court is next if needed. Do yourself a favor and find a shop that stands behind their work.

Despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, I still love the train. Connecting Trenton and Camden the River Line offers an incredibly scenic ride along the Jersey side of the Delaware. No, it's not nearly as majestic as rolling through the Rockies on Amtrak's Zephyr but if you have a few hours to kill the fifty mile journey is a welcome, relaxing alternative to the never ending construction that is a permanent fixture on 295. Like anything else, if I had to do it everyday, I'd probably learn to hate it but as an occasional jolly it has its pleasures. To be honest, I always wonder why I actually pay for a ticket as I have yet to see a conductor or ticket collection person anywhere. The other passengers obviously know the drill as most hop on and off at intermediate stops understanding with full confidence that their seat rental will never come due. That lapse of conscience is clearly between them and their parole officers. Welcome to Blue State Heaven. Maybe close up train travel is no great shakes but I still find the sound of a train in the distance reassuring and very true. Five stars for the opportunity to just kick back and take in the scenery.

I'm going to describe the below scenario because this is real life and if you're even in a mindframe of "HELP ME I can't figure this s**t out" know that Kerry got you. I called, they didn't answer but 30 seconds later I got a text. Kerry responded stating he was on the phone but was able to assist. Flustered I sent him about 5 texts back to back about my situation and how I'm looking for fetes. He informed me the dates I thought was carnival some of the fetes are happening before. I was about to take a turn to negative town but Kerry let me know that there were some good fetes during my dates and he was able to promptly list them off. There were some fetes that weren't listed and he already begun reaching out to his contacts for me. After he told me the links and fete names I even sent him the screenshots to make sure I was buying the right tickets. He gave multiple options for one day so I asked him which of the 3 were the best and he gave me great descriptions of each for me to make an easy decision. I had more questions after I told him I would be off his line soon. But I was leaving I promise! He again answered the question and was very knowledgeable about all the fetes, links to the tickets, reasons for discrepancies. Just everything. Some places will want money first but this place cares and can handle the flustered, like me! Through all of our text convo (my choice I told him I didn't need a call) that went on for about an hour he never once asked me for payment, mentioned payment, sent a link to the website for payment LOL, nothing indicating "give me money, I give you answers!". This shows the true character and core values of a business. He didn't even ask me for a review. I asked him where can I sing his praises because the world needs to know!
