I cannot say enough good things about MZ Woods Creek Kennels. Great facilities and their employees are a class act! We boarded our 2 dogs for the very first time with them a few weeks ago, and I could not have been more impressed on how they cared for them, especially for my 13yo senior dog who takes daily medication for Addison's. My dog refused to eat his kibble the entire time he was there, and the staff were so sweet in offering to make him boiled chicken and rice so he can have something in his stomach. I was so stressed that my dog wasn't eating but they assured me that he was in good hands - AND INDEED HE WAS! They communicated with me daily and provided updates on how the pups are doing. From kennel tour, to booking, to check-out, everyone that I encountered and talked to were so understanding and patient with me. I highly recommend MZ Woods Creek Kennels to anyone! read more

I do not know about everyone but when I board my pup I want to feel comfortable with where they stay. Woods Creek is that place. Jodi has such a great place to have your dog feel safe, comfortable and right at home. The kennels are very clean and comfortable and the play area is large and full of things to keep the dogs busy. The play area and kennel is divided up into two sections, one for the small dogs and back he for the larger dogs. Everytime Sonya comes she does not like to leave. Jodi will post pictures Evey couple days on her webpage for you to see you pup playing and having a great time. It might be a little bit of a drive but it is so worth it to have your dog in a great and safe environment where you will not have to worry about your dog. Make reservations early since Woods Creek fills up fast. The owner Jodi will take great care of your canine companion and you can even purchase to have bath before your pickup time. This is the best kennel place. I almost think I should keep it as a secret cuz it is too good to share :p it is 45 mins north from my place but yet it is so worth the drive to take Sparky there even I have to drive almost 2 hours to airport afterward. This is the only place I feel comfortable to leave Sparky at - it's a peace of mind that I know he is well taken care of while I am away as Jodi is the best , you can tell she cares about these dogs just like her own. I love the extra step that Jodi take to make me feel comfortable leaving Sparky there. The first time I boarded Sparky there he was still a puppy about 9 months old. I wrote emails to Jodi almost daily asking how he was doing even I could see his pictures online twice a week but I was still worry. Jodi replied very quickly and ensure me that he was doing great and even sent me some extra photos of Sparky playing with other dogs. I have no doubt this is truly Sparky's 2nd home read more

There is literally no one I will leave my fur baby with but WCK. We have a separation anxiety dog and he does wonderful there. Jodi and her staff are very present with the dogs and really gets to understand them and their quirks, habits, personalities etc. my kids are even willing to forgo vacations bc they know how our dog doesn't like to be away from us - but trust Jodi and her staff. Btw they just went through a horrific heat spell and I know they gave 1000 percent to make sure the dogs were safe and cool the whole time . I know for a fact that if we didn't have WCK we would never go on vacations lol if you even are the slightest bit worried about leaving your dog - this is the place to go! Woods Creek Kennels is absolutely WONDERFUL! My senior BFF loves it and so do I. I've never boarded Tank before; always blessed to have close friends who would house sit and take care of him. Moving from out of state changed that. A few months ago, I was to be hospitalized and I was frantic about getting my little guy taken care of. Another great feedback on this boarding. I have to drive from Seattle but it's so worth it ! My doggie is just having a blast and playing and happy so I don't have to worry, they have a ranch and cutest staying area with outside access for each pup. Day and night comparing to city kennels where she is always inside and walks around block for ten minutes. There is a fb page where Jodi, the owner, posts pics of happy dogs regularly. Woods Creek Kennels.... This place ROCKS!! We've been fortunate enough to board our two pups here a few times. (Thanks to my mom for the great recommendation!) Jodi and Taylor take AWESOME care of our pups! Great play space for the pups to socialize, warm comfortable surroundings for their night time slumber and photos twice a week to make sure we know they're ok. Hands down 5 stars! We were referred by a close friend of Jodi's and so glad we took our pup here for the weekend. We were worried we would not be able to take our puppy anywhere because he is only 3 and a half months old, but Jodi was more than willing to take care of him. We were a little nervous to have him stay somewhere, because he is so young and we haven't had him out of our sight yet! But after dropping him off I was not worried at all and was confident he was in a good place. She sent us photos to keep us updated and we loved getting snapshots of him playing with all of the other dogs, especially since he is a puppy and hasn't be socialized that much yet. The facility is top-notch, the dogs each have their own indoor kennel with a doggy door to their separate outdoor sections. There is also a large gated play area where all of the dogs can run around and play. Overall, our puppy was sad to come home, he loved it there and is looking forward to a time when he can go back! read more

Best care for our Rosie - EVER. I think she had more fun with Jodi than she has with us! Kennels and exercise yards are very clean, dogs are all happy, being well socialized is a requirement. Jodi is laid back & lets "dogs be dogs" in a serene setting. Well worth the trek into the countryside, dogs are under excellent care and come home exhausted. Friendly, clean, affordable, welcoming!! We found Woods Creek Kennels via the internet after a week long search of kennels and boarding facilities from Kirkland south to the city of Seattle. We're happy we found them. For 3 days after coming home, our Zeke seemed to mourn leaving his friends and the kennel. This was an 8 day stay for Zeke, our 3 year old Border Collie/Black Lab pup who had never been away from us for more than a few hours at a time. We live in So. Californai and are not familiar with the Seattle area. We were to stayin the Monroe area and turned to the internet for our research. After an in-depth search of kennels and boarding facilities in a 30 mile radius, we settled on Woods Creek Kennels. We called and spoke with Jodi, the owner who is a delightful young woman. Jodi was reassuring when we explained our concerns about being unfamiliar with the area and leaving Zeke for the 1st time. (She's probably heard those same concerns from half the people who leave their dogs.) Jodi made the arrangements simple and and communicated with us via email. She arranged to have us come by a few days before leaving Zeke to meet and see the Kennels. She explained the feeding, paperwork, fee and facilities with a welcoming smile. Zeke - and we - highly remcommend Woods Creek Kennels. Jodi treats each animal as an individual and adapts the routine to the animal's personality. Boy, did we get lucky! read more
