Our pup stayed with Joy for three days in March. We are a retired couple so we knew it was going to…read morebe hard for our pup as well as us. Joy made it easier by providing us with several updates daily. Her updates included pictures as well as videos. Our pup was hardly eating so Joy even hand fed him just to get him to eat more. She truly cares about the dogs she watches and treats them as her own. Joy exceeded our expectations with the care that she provided that we immediately booked two more stays with her. The most recent stay was 11 days while we traveled Internationally. Joy continued to provide several updates daily. We could tell from the pics and videos that he was happy which in turn, helped us enjoy our trip and we felt less guilty for leaving him. As soon as we pulled up to Joy's house, our pup was so excited. When he saw Joy, he couldn't stop kissing her. That tells us how much he loves her. We truly appreciate Joy and how she goes out of her way to make our pup feel comfortable and spoiled. We hit the jackpot when we found Joy. Looking forward to many more trips and bookings with Joy!

I am very thankful at the ease of making the arrangements and being able to check references, as well as completing an in person meet and greet. Heather is very responsive to all forms of communication. My cats are deathly afraid of people, but Heather was able to send me pictures of them hiding under the bed every day. She made the pick up and drop off of the key super easy and was available to work on a holiday. I appreciate the ability to pay online as well. I also like that she had us sign paperwork for vet treatment as needed ahead of time. We're planning another trip in October and looking forward to seeing if she is successful at getting them to interact with her.

She took the time to understand my dog's needs, her motivations, and how to best work with her. While I was in China for 10 days, Heather and her team were very accommodating and responsive with working with my boyfriend to take care of her. They took her for walks in the middle of the day, and texted my boyfriend a report each day with how it went. They gave her treats (with our permission) and lots of pets after each walk- so I know my dog was living the life of luxury! I was really thankful for Puget Paws, and would recommend them to anyone! It's nice to know I have a reliable dog walker for when I head out of town. :)

She administered all her meds, followed the special feeding instructions, and provided regular text and photo updates. It really set my mind at ease knowing that my baby was in such good hands. On top of the high quality of care, Lia was so easy to book with. She was super flexible with pickup and drop off. She was communicative and answered promptly. Even accessing CCC was easy, as I could just park out front. I've used 12+ daycare and boarding places over the years, and CCC is by far our favorite. Mark ruined our experience. we've gone here three times at least. this last time the check we…read morebrought was for the wrong amount. they told us to bring back a check or cash to close the bill. due to a surgery and illness it took us two days to get the check in the mail. before we could get it the mail Mark called my wife to yell at her for not "having his money". He was way too aggressive and threatening. Although the rest of the staff was pleasant and understanding and professional we won't be going back and cannot recommend them anymore.

There is easy in/out of the parking lot. It's cool - Right on the order (at the light) easy to find. The Staff was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. The vet doctor was amazing. Great wealth of knowledge for me. Very grateful to have had this opportunity to talk with her and the staff. My dog Sasha on the other hand was very anxious, nervous and had her own agenda. We need to work on this. I was given Great advice and care. The staff also gave me handouts for Sasha and things to work on at home to help her stress. First times for a puppy can be difficult the staff overlooked this behavior and I highly recommend them and I will go over all the information given and stay having "Happy Visits" so Sasha will become accustomed being around other dogs and clinics. I look forward to visiting and taking Sasha here for years to come. Yeah she is up to date on all her vaccines. Now to get through fireworks. The clinic gave me great advice. I have started now lol. See you all next time thanks again for a good first informative session. One last thing prices are extremely reasonable omg. Best ever!
