A couple of years ago I brought them in because a client in St. Charles had newer factory finished floors with scratches from the tenant's dog. After Champion was finished, the floors looked like they were job finished floors (stained after installation rather than at a factory). They worked with me to get the exact stain color I wanted and they looked gorgeous. So it's not surprising at all that when I bought my current house a couple of years ago and needed to refinish the floors, I would call Champion. I couldn't decide on the color, and the lead installer was so patient as I kept trying new colors. When I eventually decided on no stain...he didn't bat an eye. And the floors turned out wonderful! We have wood floors throughout, except for for whatever reason two of the bedrooms they put this carpet into the middle... Which, of course when we moved in one of our dogs promptly decided to use as a bathroom whenever she wanted. The carpet didn't look great, didn't smell great, collects dust all that bad stuff. Plus, it just didn't match the rest of the house. Jim was able to come in here and start on Tuesday and by Saturday the floors were ready and we could move the furniture back in. The finished product looks amazing and they were just a really good group of people to work with. If you're going to have somebody in your home for a few days in a row it definitely helps to have friendly and trustworthy people. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Vallow's estimate for the same product beat the other business, saving us major money. We had a handyman contractor to redesign our stairwell so that we can get the LVP installed correctly. Mike from Vallow came out to our house and met with the handyman contractor to discuss their plan and even provided them with sample. This collaboration greatly facilitated our combined home improvement projects, resulting in a much better final product than we had envisioned.
