The staff is very attentive and efficient, as well as super helpful! They didn't have the item we wanted in the store... so the personable young man helped us by showing us online options. We selected one we thought my daughter would like and he suggested having it shipped to the store when I mentioned my mail service is shoddy. Each time I called to check if it had arrived (we were anxious) they were polite and patient with me. It arrived when they said it would, and they called me as soon as it arrived. When we came in for pick up, the nice young man told my daughter if she opened it there, he would tune it for her. The ukulele is beautiful- even better than we expected! *see the photo we posted* We could not be more pleased with the new organized store layout and the caliber of employees at this location. I will definitely be back for our ongoing music needs. While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. I wasn't prepared for the size of this place-it's far more than just a "music store." He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.

He was able to answer all of our questions and provided insight in what to do to improve our playing. He was able to understand my questions even though I could not verbalize correctly (did not have the correct terms). He provided a tremendous amount of valuable information. I will definitely make this our go-to company for all of our guitar and future music needs. Even though I am a rank beginner, I was not made to feel inadequate. I still enjoyed my time each time even though we were probably the youngest as someone got my husband and I tickets here for my birthday the past two years. The music was fantastic and we saw the variety show and the Grand Finale show and I enjoyed seeing multiple genres of music. The lead singers and musicians were phenomenal, and I absolutely loved the costume changes. The outfit changes really held my attention and was a great part of the show. The food, however, was just okay. I wouldn't come here for the food alone, but rather for the overall experience and to do something different. The meal included vegetables, potatoes, mashed potatoes, spinach cheese ravioli, chicken Parmesan, pulled pork dish, and a pineapple fish dish. This was the same food both times we went, so I'm not sure if they ever change it, I wish they did for a change. The pulled pork and cheese ravioli were good, but I wasn't a fan of the other dishes. The chicken Parmesan was probably the worst I've had as it wasn't at all what I expected from a traditional chicken parm. Dessert is a slice of chocolate cake that's already at your table when you arrive. I did think it was a nice touch that they pass out foil before the show ends so you can take it home and not waste it. The recommended tip listed on a sign at the table is $5 per person, so in addition to your ticket price, expect to pay at least that much extra. Drinks are also not included, so that's another added cost. Overall, this is a great experience, more so for 50+ and would make a fun gift, especially for a couple looking to do something different. I wish they had a family friendly show where it encouraged families with kids as I could see my kids who love music at 2 and 4 enjoying the show and dancing! I sat about in the middle of the theater and had a good view of everything. I really think most seats will be just fine!
