Love this Yamaha drum set!
April A.

Can't say enough good things about this place. For me, it's a drummer's paradise. I find something new each time I come here.

In Masa for a visit and found myself downtown. Wandering into Malano's for no good reason. Was asked if I could use some help by an older gentleman (like me). Had a great conversation with him about harmonicas which I sort of messed with years ago. Super knowledgeable and interesting this man is. This store is packed with instruments and people that know how to play them. Last words... fun and some kind of magic.

This place is a dream store for anyone that loves music. The voice lesson booths upstairs and sheet music catalogs were filled with people. Down stairs there is a robust repair department with many experts fine tuning instruments. There were experts helping people choose equipment and instruments. Best of all a fun area where people were playing different instruments trying them out. What a joyful place to be today.

These are some of the trombones this music shop has to offer.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. Wide variety, massive selection, and a great place to start looking for extra instrumental equipment and add ons for instruments.

This is the coolest music store I've ever been to! I had an hour or two to burn, and I accomplished my mission. The sheer amount of instruments Milano's has, is incredible. I spent the first hour in the percussion section. They have everything...acoustic, electric, brass horns, accordions, guitars, keyboards, djembes, fiddles, upright basses, whistles, harmonicas, ukuleles, drums, cymbals. I love the pick drawers, I grabbed a bunch of different large Fender triangles. Awesome store and service!!!

Poor workmanship and experience at the repair shop. Paid $550 to have my pro clarinet overhauled. Upon receiving, the key rings are way too elevated (should be .5mm) and Milano's couldn't be bothered to even clean off all the polishing compound (pic showing just a few examples of the issues). While I could have left the horn so they could have corrected these problems, I live too far away and it should have been done correctly to begin with.

Had all of the instruments I was looking for and had all the information I would like to know

My spiffy new Takamine.

The last great sheet music store left in Phoenix. Experience it now before the age of this expertise is lost to the soulless internet.

Rented my first viola there when I was in 4th grade, and my sheet music collection is entirely Milanos-made.

The premier guitar shop in Arizona, hands down! Their guitar luthier, Randy is one of the best…read morethat I have come across. He takes the time to get it right! I just brought in two guitars that are very important to me. He set both of these guitars up within 3 days, and the results were beyond anything that I expected. Furthermore, I have a Les Paul that he set up probably 10 months ago, and it has held up like the day that I got it back from him. If you're looking for a group of professionals that know what they're doing, look no further!

I took a new PRS guitar I had purchased at another shop in for some warranty work on a static noise…read moreissue coming through the body. I left the guitar with Guitar Gallery and the tech took my guitar off site to his own shop to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue. After a couple weeks I called and was told he was still working on it but should have it finished soon. Finally I called and was told he was bringing it back over to the store and I could pick it up just before they closed. I picked it up and paid $65 for his time and efforts. He said the static was still present but was perhaps slightly less, and that the static could be coming from the plastic cover plates on the back of the guitar and he said he would make me new replacement covers of a different t material to see if that would alleviate the static. He said he would have them done in about a week. I brought the guitar home and discovered the vibrato trem arm was missing. I called the tech's cell the next day and he never answered or returned messages. I called the shop and they said they didn't know anything about the missing trem arm. After many many attempts I eventually gave up and just ordered a new trem arm from an online shop. I never heard from anyone again about the replacement back plate covers or my missing trem arm. I do not recommend taking a guitar to this shop for any repair. I'm out $65 for attempted repairs, and another $25 to replace the misplaced trem arm myself. Signed...Pissed in Peoria
