Since then they have come back to make a few adjustments and again, excellent service all around and their pricing is more than competitive. I'm able to control my sprinklers through my phone so watering is exceptionally easy. The system also compensates the watering schedule using weather and precipitation data so it runs more economically than a system with a simple rain sensor. Getting an appointment is easy. They always arrive promptly and are more than willing to accommodate their customers in any way possible. Avoid this company. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish…read more They provided me with a written estimate and scheduled the job, but never showed up. After I contacted them, they apologized and blamed equipment issues, then rescheduled. Unfortunately, they missed the second appointment as well--again without a phone call or any advance notice. Four days later, they reached out with another apology and scheduled a third appointment. Instead of honoring the original contract, they sent me a text saying the job would now cost an additional $2,000, claiming they needed more material. This made no sense because they had already visited my property to take measurements and prepare the original estimate. If additional materials were required, that should have been identified before providing a contract price and scheduling the work. The repeated no-shows, lack of communication, and last-minute price increase demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

This is something that was specifically excluded from the contract. When they did the clean-up, they ended up blowing away all the mulch we had carefully put down. In subsequent phone calls and emails we tried to rectify this because the invoice they presented included this work. It also included an amount for lawn-mowing on a particular day which, in fact, had not been done. Sadly, this turned into some ugly phone calls in which my husband was insulted by the owner of the company. We were shocked by this behavior. We have therefore decided to terminate our services with the company.

The space looked like it was beyond help. We interviewed a few companies that do hardscaping, and always with each person, you feel Ike you're talking to a snake oil salesman. Then I met the owners of Tribeca. From the moment I met Nertil, I knew he was incredibly honest and sincere. Even if he were to be the most expensive company (which he wasn't) this was who we were going with. It's a very small, but very productive crew - they were able to lower the ground in the back of the house to give us more of a ceiling. Hot tub placed perfectly - I requested a double sided fireplace (not a fire pit) and the did an incredible job. We can see it from the hot tub, or in seating on the other side. The pavers came out GORGEOUS! So gorgeous that the company that makes them came over for a photo shoot for their catalogue (I'm still waiting for the photos). Tribeca was also able to install an entire L shaped cooking area with a grill, ice maker, sink, fridge etc... of course with the help of our plumber and electrician. He changed the original prices in the contract even though he said nothing would change. Due to a problem he had with the electrician he fired, we had to pay additional money, well over $1,000 more for a new one. He made false promises of opening up our deck at cost so we could walk to the pool more easily. The worst part of the job was when he graded the yard. My yard was fairly flat. Now we have a pool that looks as if it's on a pedestal from the yard. He dug two trenches and claimed the dirt was not good. He kept trying to convince us to add a wall around the pool so we believe the trenches were dug and the yard was left this way to force us to pay him thousands of dollars more on a rock wall. We ended up having to pay additional contractors to try to fix it but it still is an eyesore. Once the final payment was made he never showed up again. He provided no instructions on how to work/run the pool, filter, pump, etc. He also left the pool with dirt around it, which turned to mud every time it rained and left the pool unusable.
