Their hearts may be in the right place, but their professionalism is lacking and led to some extremely stressful situations in which we paid for rent and additional fees for LOHV services, but were then also required to pay fees for outside aides to supplement what was lacking in LOHV services. The seeming lack of professional standards (and/or training?) for staff, including aides, nursing, and administration left us wondering if they really understood how to work with elderly people as adults with specific needs rather than big children. While the facility looks nice and seems to be maintained very well, the care was very disappointing.

Supposively he was dropped while he was transfered from his bed to his wheel chair... Ravina never reported this to us, they forgot to tell us. Really...? Sounds like they didn't want us to find out, any of this. We since moved my father out of this place and into a new facility. I think a girl said hello when I first walked in. As I stood at the counter OFF my phone I waited while she turned her back to me and did something for 3 mins. All the while she was talking with her co- worker on how she will just say it one time and she wouldn't repeat herself. I stood there with my girls and the last thing she said to her co- worker before finally turning around to help me was..." I HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR PEOPLE ON THEIR PHONE" and laughed. I took my girls and walked right OUT!!! If any of my girls ever treated a person like that I would be disgusted! She had a short bob with very curly hair( I wish I got her name but I was so mad inside- I just wanted to leave!) I will NEVER GO BACK! just awful!
