I came back the next day and the satin dress had a burn/scratch mark from the heat. The woman in the photo screamed at me and laughed in my face. When I said I had a wedding to go to she said " well congratulations there is nothing I can do for you!" They were closed for the entire next week and the wedding is on Friday. I told her it was a 400 dollar dress and she said no it's not. I showed it to her online and she laughed again in my face. After I snapped a photo while she was yelling she chased me out the door and said I'm calling the police. I just want for everyone to be aware of this woman. I don't know if she is the owner or manager but she is disrespectful and ruined my dress and experience. I wish I could give 0 stars. Please stay away.
