We got charged for it anyway Of all the restaurants we've been to on the East Coast, this is definitely the most disgusting one ever. The tables.. every single one of them had a folded up piece of cardboard under one leg because they don't sit right. I was there Sat. March 5th, my friends 50th B-Day.. (7 of us in total) everything was great until the entrees came. The B-Day girl ordered the 35 day dry aged steak, well done, like she has at many many a restaurant previous.. the steak came out burnt to a crisp! well done has NEVER meant burnt.. and a cook/chef should know how to cook a steak (no matter the cut) to order.. the waitress blamed the B-Day girl and the Manager blamed the waitress and the B-Day girl.. the Manager would NOT let the B-Day girl even explain that she knew what she was ordering, she just kept telling her it was her fault for ordering it wrong!!? B-Day girl could not get a word in..what happened to "the customer is always right"?? RUINED B-Day girls dinner..and the rest of the evening.. IF and only IF they would have tried in any way, shape or manner to make any part of it right, i would have given more stars, but the Manager was wrong to talk to a customer like she was an idiot and the cook should have known how to cook a steak, or at the least, had the waitress come back out to make sure she wanted it burnt to a crisp like he cooked it. nevertheless, I will not recommend to anyone. read more
