The only positive things I can say is that the woman at the front desk was very nice with a great smile and that the room appeared to be clean. While the room was equipped with a cooktop and a refrigerator, there was no cooking pots or pan, dishes or utensils. The hotel advertises one thing, but does not actually deliver. Under contract law, the hotel has charged and received payment and yet failed to provide what they "sold". It is NOT the responsibility of the hotel resident to request these items. I never expect hotels to be the cleanest places, but I truly did not expect to be able to identify the hair color of the previous occupant and the women he stayed with. The sheets were full of short and curlies, the bathroom wall had female hair stuck to it in multiple spots, and the floor was so filthy we had to swiffer it 3 times before the room stopped smelling like stale man BO. Luckily, we were planning on cleaning anyways as I am pregnant and immune comprimised, and once cleaned, the room was decent. The front desk staff is kind and helpful, but the cleaning needs WORK. read more

Kinda Sketch. Issues with the staff. Onsite laundry ate my dollar. Desk dude wrote down the situation but never offered to do anything. Didn't even hang a sign on it to prevent others from losing. When I got to the room after check in there was no signal to the tv. I reported at the desk. Response was "Direct TV has been out for a couple of days, we have a report in but (shrugging) " I asked " shouldn't you have said this when I checked in?" More shrugs. Room was clean. The vibe of the place is that the guests are more a nuisance than anything else. read more

This place is not worth the money. The bed was small with two little lumpy pillows. I couldn't sleep at all. No hairdryer, toiletries or iron in the room. They give you one tiny bar of soap. The water didn't drain in the sink and the shower curtain was mildewy. Go somewhere else. I will never go back!! read more

I've been staying here for a month as I am working on a short project locally so I here is my review. -Front Desk is not always manner forcing you to call someone to come to the front desk for service. - shady residents: it appears that the hotel allows shady type people to live there. Police have been called out multiple times since I've been here. Roach Motel - I've had to kill roaches sense being here - they only clean your room 1 every 2 weeks - Expensive compared to other extended stays in the area. They have in their sign $429 a week and it is actually $485 with taxes, so this is false advertisement. If in this area and looking for a place to camp out for work. I would suggest AirBNB. This place needs improvement in customer service. read more

The front desk lady Erica was no where to be found for over 20 minutes so in waiting for her to appear so that we could check there was a lot questionable traffic of people, the halls smelled like SMOKE and the window was broken out of the Gym. The "Dog area" should not be called a dog area. It would be better being called a trash area because that's what's there. When I took my dog out to go to the bathroom. We would walk out the back door. But we would have to go around the parking lot to the grass. Instead of walking 10 feet in front of us to the grass because of all of the food trash right outside the door or in the parking lot. (Half eaten sandwiches, fries, Chicken bones???,beer bottles, Beer bottle caps, Pretty sure piss soaked mulch?? Also Definitely a couple Gatorade bottles filled with piss, Cigarette butts, Empty liquor bottles, random pieces for half eaten food I couldn't even make out/vomit, food wrappers). I had to make sure my dog was at my hip at all times just to make sure he didn't pick up and swallow a bottle cap. Or a half eaten sandwich just thrown in the parking lot. If you have a small dog or a dog with a sensitive stomach. This is NOT the place for you. Also just to add, there wasn't any poop bags at the station to pick up your dog poop. Overbooked (by 27 rooms) on a Chris Stapleton concert night and told us we couldn't stay in the (unlit but still warmer than outside) lobby while we tried to find another cab ride - she said was calling the police unless we went outside. read more

Very dirty motel. Got to office at 4:45PM to check in. There was a sign hanging in the office saying they would be back and to call 500 from a phone in a different room. Called 500 and I got a voice mail. Finally 20 minutes later a women showed up in the office with her badge upside down and her hair a mess. Got to my non smoker room to find it literally has yellow walls and ash trays all around. AC/heat doesn't work. There is a car wash next door where people show off how loud their exhaust is. No drapes in the room. Only cigarette yellow bent mini blinds. Took off my socks and walked around the room for 20 minutes.. feet are black. I'll try to attach some pics. I ended up mopping the floor myself with the towels provided. With that said. It is cheap and has decent tv and a good kitchen. Don't ever bring a respectable person here. Just stay here if you are already depressed and it doesn't matter. read more

Loved the place felt very secure and safe, had to had a room key for to get past the lobby or any other door. Good price, enjoyed the kitchenette, clean, friendly, made us feel welcomed, animal friendly. Only negative was the photos had a pool there wasn't one, and the lights from the parking lot were very bright shining through the windows at night. I checked the Wood Spring suites website to find out what toiletries/supplies we would need to bring. Upon googling them, I found a ton of negative reviews about terrible customer service, cleanliness, and cigarette smoking permeating the entire place. I decided to call and make sure that there are non-smoking areas that morning, and was told that there were a couple of non-smoking floors on which we could stay. We arrived to check in around 2:20 p.m., upon which I asked if we could have a non-smoking room. The desk attendant responded that she had spoken to me earlier and yes, we could have it. She seemed irritated. She presented me with some paperwork that I needed to initial and sign. I had to initial next to linen service and another item, I can't remember. I asked her what they meant, and she responded that I didn't need to worry about it because she hadn't highlighted it. I felt uncomfortable, but I just decided to sign it since the transaction was a little stressful anyway. She gave us one key, and I didn't feel like I could ask for two. We went to the non-smoking floor, and were immediately assaulted by a really strong smoke smell. We found our room which was also extremely smoky. My husband went down to get our stuff from the car and I opened the window and turned on the fan to try to air out the room. When he returned, we decided that the fan was making the situation worse. I noticed we didn't have any towels, but I didn't know if that was part of the linen policy that I signed. I called and asked and the same manager brought the towels. While I was calling, my 18 month old found a "bud light" beer bottle cap on the floor. We got ready for our dinner even though we felt that the kids were really unsafe in the smoky and dirty room. We left for the dinner, and noticed the "no smoking within 25 feet of the entrance" on the front door sign. Even still, there was a man smoking right in front of the single front door, so we had to walk right through it. The desk attendant didn't say anything to him. When we got in the car, we realized we couldn't keep our children in a place like that. I returned by myself to pack up the room. After I loaded the car, I returned to the front desk to tell her we weren't going to stay due to the conditions of the room. She said that I was wrong, and that she had inspected the room and there was not even a hint of smoke. Then I asked if we could have a refund. She said that they never give refunds. I told her I would follow up the next week since that was Thanksgiving day. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they have children. read more

The price & location fit my needs - shower, bed & kitchen. I've stayed in some low-rent extended stays & had a fine time, but here it seems like they are bothered by having guests. I can deal with the cockroaches, the puke in the elevator & even cleaning my own room but they go out of their way to make a crappy stay totally unbearable. Example - my room was bug bombed w/out notice so my food/clothes/toiletries were bombed too (maybe a good thing given the roach problem). Forget pleasant customer service - the guy at the desk went out of his way to make me feel like I caused all the problems in his life. So I'm spending next week's rent at another hotel - I may still have to ask for sheets to change my own bed but at least they'll get that no guests = no biz = no job.
