The space: beautiful, clean, lots of props available for use. Tons of natural light perfect for my photo shoots. Bathroom in the suite for use while in studio, but also styled nicely. We held our rehearsal dinner in the historic farm house built in 1908, took photos in awe inspiring pastures, and shared our vows on a cold winter day in the most charming granary greeted by the most delightful farm animals. Take walks through the farm land and forests visit the beach nearby and mainly just relax. Chat with the farmers who stop buy nearly daily to tend to things they will give you farm fresh eggs even take you on a hay ride. I got to drive the tractor...felt like a kid again! The clubhouse is one long room with a full kitchen at one end and plenty of tables and chairs to seat a crowd. There are large windows overlooking the marina, and the entire place has a nautical feel. It's not a large space, but there were over 50 people at the party and it didn't feel crowded at all. The rental fee is quite reasonable, especially considering you can bring your own food and drinks. And yes, there is plenty of free parking.
