Absolutely beautiful property and apartments. It's a great location -- 5/10 minute drive to Duke and downtown Durham. Very well designed, with lots of light coming in, and gorgeous grounds, surrounded by farmland and walking trails. (It wasn't uncommon to see deer and wild turkey on my morning runs.) I also really liked the mix of residents, everything from grad students to family to retirees, and the whole complex is very well managed by Debbie, who has been there for over a decade now.
They don't have all the latest amenities that some other apartments do (no indoor movie theater, forex), but this also makes for a really great price point. If I was still in Durham, I would move back in a heartbeat. It's one of the things I miss about living there. read more
