Because of this the work took longer than quoted I was out of a shower in a single bathroom home for an additional week, paying for a hotel room to shower. I found multiple areas of missing grout that had to be filled in with caulk since the grout had dried. The sink leaked right after instal. The bathtub drain wouldn't close and the worker informed me they didnt think it would close when they installed it but they didnt check or tell me. They had to come back not even a month later to re-caulk the bathtub because it had cracked. The bathtub caulk has cracked again, and i've found cracks in the grout of the floor tiles now. I finally took a bath for the first time and I woke up to a giant wet spot on the ceiling in the room below the bathroom the next morning. Hopefully they can figure it out and fix it but never again will I be using them.

Our house was built in 2001 and over all of these years it seem as thou the house is gradually being rebuilt because of having to redo half done work. For example snow was getting into the fire place, secodary to the wrong cap on the outside however, when the fire place insert was remove the cavity had not been dry wall and there was just insulation and wire s hanging. The bathroom vent was never vented to the outside and the vent was just tucked under insulation. When the vent was on for at least 10mi it set off the carbon monoxide sensors off. Every time we have work done of any kind the question is the same was the builder who provided no supervision to his subs and they got away with half doing things.

Many electrical mistakes were made causing repeated visits to correct problems. in hindsite if there is a difficult electrical wiring etc journeyman is to call licensed electrician for help and suggestions. He did not which will necessitate calling a licensed electrician to correct the problem. this was an expensive learning lesson. Do your homework first and get good recommendations for a LICENSED electrician.
