They were trustworthy and said they just cleaned the area and retightened the bolt. No charge. As promised the car was ready for pick up by the time I got off work. Service staff was very friendly and communication was on point. I would recommend serving your Honda here based on my experience.

One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. There is also a car lot across the street and there is also one to the left of him but if you read the reviews they do not have a great selection like he has or great customer service.

The car he sold me had a known recall and over heated but i was going to get it fixed and continue payment but bc he is petty and a liar he took the car just because. I was treated so wonderfully by the service tech. They changed my oil, filter and did the complimentary 29 point inspection. Went to pay and was told everything was complimentary of Joseph. It took less than 45 minutes total. I've NEVER had bad service at Joseph. So all I can say is those who say Joseph stinks are FOS (full of shit).
